If you're worried, wait two full weeks, then drag your butt to the doctor and get tested. If you're still worried after that test comes back negative, then wait another month and get tested again. Then, outside of extreme circumstances, you're 100% clean.

 
That said, you're probably fine either way.

Recently I had a very nice session with a local provider. We had just finished in cowgirl position and were lying in each other's arms exhausted.
