There was a well reviewed provider that I was interested in seeing and suddenly her profile is gone. Says that "Provider is not available". Would this be something that TER did, or did the provider delete her profile?

is much more accurate. There’s lots of reason for a profile being removed. In my experience, lots of providers with removed profiles are still escorting, but have decided to have their profile taken down for some reason, or TER took it down for whatever reason.  

True,but you don't know what the reason it is unless you contact her and ask her.  

Just google her name or look for her in the sites she advertised and you’ll find her. Ask her yourself why she may have removed her profile.

Apparently there is a twitter account that is posting their reviews on twitter so TER is removing their accounts.
