Could be a lot of reasons: not FS, price, guys that cannot get better (perhaps blacklisted by the upper tier providers....) I'd suspect the first two will be the case. Then again with the number of reviews you have I would have thought you'd be on top of these explanations so maybe it's down to it takes all types

It is not that "your score goes up one point" for each of the things you listed being offered. Her maximum allowable score goes up by one for each of those things being listed on her profile, to a maximum of ten. Whether or not you do any of those things with a given client is totally irrelevant. What matters is what's on your profile. Also, it's not automatic as it seemed like you were implying.

Under 5. Especially for looks. What matters there are the pics and whether they are real. I've read reviews of women I ended up meeting and I honestly think they could be a freaking model. Just hot. So some other guy will go on and on in the review about how hot she is -- and put 7 for looks. I've seen guys write in the review she looked "okay" but put 9. I've read reviews the guy makes it sound like the best night in three lifetimes, like he almost died from having the top of his head blow off, but that performance number was 8. Really? Find a niche to exploit and get rid of the word "companion."  Its probably the most un-sexy word there is to describe what you do.  When I think of companions, I think of the ladies that visit really old people and change their diaper and empty their drool cup.  Remake yourself into a lusty escort, the sexier, the better, but with a little class, of course.  It creates the kind of mental image that a man is attracted  to.

are seldom meaningful.  I learn what I want to know from the narrative of the review, providing it is detailed and not one of the generic ones that can apply to any one of 10,000 providers.  I read one the other day where the guy was effusive in his praise, said what a good time he had and couldn't wait to return, and then gave a performance score of 6.  Based on the session he described, I would have scored it an 8.  

Next time I'm in Vegas, I know who I'm seeing.

Another reason is availability in the area.  Maybe the area has bery few providers so you go with who you can get.  Lastly, very nice or average looking chicks are just plain old people too.  For many of us, its less about being with the hottest tightest young sexpot and more, "Hey I just wanna get blown/laid/drop a load" without spending an arm or a leg.

Some providers gets a 10/10 with no CIM with donation raging in the upwards on $1000. IMO CIM is a must for a performance of 10.

A 5 for appearance is "plain" and a 6 for appearance is "nice"....These ladies probably charge less than the 9 "model" material and 10 "once in a lifetime".  You are saying you would only see women who rated 9 "forgot it was a service" and 10 "once in a lifetime" and don't understand why other men don't follow suit?  Have you seen what providers charge at this rating?  You are better off just reading the reviews...Performance scores are highly subjective from anything to "I couldn't get her off through oral and I like women who can orgasm" to "she was not vocal enough".

you still seem to have missed the point on scores -- even if you're offering DFK and BBBJ as part of your Sensual Massage that doesn't mead you get more than a 7 or even as mush as a 7. It just means your client can choose to give you that if he thinking it's deserved.

with lower review scores (less demand for her time), she is probably less expensive and easier screening, not for me though!
