If you were in the providers heels 👠 how would you operate your business by vetting?

I am interested to know honesty. Please be truthful. I respect your candor. Would you require references, or real life information? Do you throw caution to the wind with your fingers crossed 🤞 hoping that everything goes well? Let us know.

Would you require a deposit to secure your time? Hate to get flaked on.

I want to know how we can make this industry better for everyone, so please indulge me. Thanks & Happy October TER friends!

Smile for me! 😁

Imo, there are too many variables and unknowns. For example, how badly do I need the money? Do I have good civie job income? Do I have health insurance? A nest egg? Dependents? How do I feel about risk? What are my lived experiences with people stiffing me? So many factors.
.
It’s why I don’t moan about what women ask or need for verification or deposits. I may complain privately to friends of course, as I am human but I don’t ever try and pressure the girl to take less than what she requires to feel safe or make sure the guy doesn’t cancel last minute.

the safer she would be to contact.

After all, who never screens?   LE, that's who.

I say more power to them for it.

I won't get into the subject of deposits.   I have paid them.   Twice I got ripped off, and that was from gals who were considered very reputable, until they weren't.

It's a crap shoot.

I would say for me personally I care more about my safety after I became a Mother. I have never heard of LE supplying a deposit. I’ve been in this industry for over twenty years, and everyone should do what’s best for them.

Do you. I just want to be 100% honest because life can change at an instant. I enjoy meeting people in this community, so they know me personally. I have met many providers & hobbyists whom I consider to be friends.

I have heard of LE paying deposits. Paying a deposit doesn't necessarily equate to safety.

I think reviews are very important.... more the better .... pictures .... very important.....if no reviews available I like to follow a gal's ad for a while to see if it stays up....if it is an in call.... where is the in call?   if in a very bad area....would avoid setting up the session....too much opportunity to get jacked or killed.....let's face it.....you are involved in an illegal transaction.....with all the scrutiny coming down for illegals, trafficker's, etc....you have to be super cautious.....if going to an in call.....do a drive around....see if any conspicuously inconspicuous vehicles are sitting around with undercover cops or undercover boyfriend....or boyfriends....stay in your lane....if you chose a $50 session....you are risking much more than $50....high end can be appealing...but if no way to check it out.....you just  risk losing more money!  But I have done this for more years than I care to mention...way before computers....back to and before VIP ads in free magazines in hotel lobby's....and have yet to be busted or robbed....had incidents in Jacksonville, Fla....and Phoenix, Az where the phone person kept jacking me around with the time of arrival and dodged a problem when the boyfriend showed up with the girl at my hotel....I refused to let them in....good move as far as I am concerned....had one in Tampa where I went to the girls room and noticed the adjoining door was cracked open....closed it .....and cut off the boyfriend waiting in the adjoining room...I was younger and adventurous that time...learn to watch out for anything out of place....but enjoy !

First their is no script to be flipped. Everyone needs to be optimistic but cautious about meeting someone new for the first time>
I use a service that intends to vet clients and providers. It not without fault so its not my only data point.
I Look for presence, history and experiences that can help create an all around view of their legitimacy.  I typically will not see anyone without a website and a good foot print on sites I trust for advertising. Eros for example is notoriously difficult to get on as a provider. This makes it somewhat  prohibitive for scammers to be on.
I use twitter as a place to review history it provides great insight and leaves some breadcrumbs that you can use to align a narrative of their presence in the community>
Forums like this one are a huge help.
If they are a friend of a mutual aquantince that I trust.. that is a big positive>

P411 does not provide criminal background checks & this is why I do not trust them to screen potential clients. I am curious how does the service you use screen for criminal history on providers & hobbyists?

Well... the first thing..... you mention..... is reviews.... so.......... if you were........ a provider........... you'd read reviews............ of potential clients............. seeking your services..........? Where might.......... these be found...................? LOL............ Then............... you'd...... drive around.... your.... own..... incall before the......... client arrives to scope...... out the surroundings...? LOL...... You're as dense..... as a redwood...........

Obviously we'd need the providers real name which isn't likely to happen.

Generally, criminal records are in the public domain. Checking for this information throughout the country can be difficult to impossible for individuals.  Services like TruthFinder to the hard part but with any service there is no one hundred percent guarantee.

You can look up the criminal records in any state, which I do with the screening info I request. Some states require you to register with the site to look up the information, but it is always free and easy to access.
I am always really surprised more guys do not look up my info before they see me. I am an open provider and my in call is my house, which I own in my legal name. I would say maybe 10% of guys do, but that percent may be high.
That of course keeps my cost down because I don't have to rent a hotel room, but that also means that I am not letting strangers into my home, hence my screening process.
So my question would be....guys are always bitchin that the screening is only one way, but in my case that is not true, so why do more guys not look me up and check my background? I have nothing to hide, so what are they hiding????

My state (Mass) has a Criminal Offender Record Info act (CORI) that keeps this information away from the public unless you can establish a right to have access to it, such as a private security contractor who wants to avoid hiring anyone with a criminal record.

The exception to this is people who have sex offender records in which case there is a web site that shows where all of them presumably live.

The state of Massachusetts allows individuals to register and access the arrest records of other individuals. I personally had to submit all of my personal information to do so which some other states require this as well, but arrest records are public information. You do not have to establish any "right" to the information, it is public.

The problem is someone can have a criminal record in a state in which they don't live or no longer live. You can't check every state/city/town/village in the country.

When you checked me all you knew was that I previously lived in NY and currently in DC. I've lived elsewhere but you wouldn't have known that.

Jesus Christ, are you bumping people off all over the US?!?   LOL
You are correct, I normally just check the issuing state of the ID and the state that I am in. I normally just see people in the midwest obviously, so I check WI and then the state of their ID which is normally MN, IL, MI, or IA. If they are from a state visiting I would check that state. I also do just a google search. Someone may have a lot of stuff out there "speculating" some pretty nasty stuff but has never been charged so technically has a clean record, but would be a giant no go for me.   (Person in question was a Priest who was let go from his parish for kiddie stuff, never charged. true story)
Another big one was a former police officer whose record just said "disorderly conduct", which you know can mean anything. Google deep dive later and find this dirt ball got drunk and beat up a female coworker at a work party. He got fired and got to plead down to disorderly conduct. Also a giant no go. So court records are good, but just a plain old deep google dive can be a gold mine.

be in this business if I had to wear heels, and yet, my favorite way to be greeted by a provider at an incall is wearing only high heels and lipstick.  I know that's a double standard, but I'm the one paying.

I would not need to screen for criminal records.  If she is coming to my hotel, which in your scenario would make the hotel room MY incall, I would make her hold her arms out while I patted her down to check for a firearm or an edged weapon.  A pat-down would reveal anything dangerous, including too much moisture between her legs.

I require a full body-cavity search.
I will conduct it with both hands.
And my penis.
All three holes need to be searched.

I am not a provider, am not a woman, and am not a seller in illegal biz.

So it's pretty tough to extrapolate. Everyone has their own scale of what is safe. This is an instance where I understand self-preservation is everything and feeling unsafe is not something I'd want either the client or seller experiencing.

Try to put yourself in the providers position. How would you screen potential clients? It’s really that simple. Think… and be honest about your life. Realistically?

I did not evade the question..  I simply repudiated your premise that one needs to be a provider / sex worker / escort in order to screen for safety..

Now, if you want me to go in the details of what steps I take, that's a whole different discussion..

but with all due respect you fellas don't have review pages for us to go look at and see if you've been rated safe and reliable. so with that being said how you would vet someone who has no profile to such checking on?

I would find another job.  Just plain and simple, I wouldn't do this unless I absolutely had to.

If I did, I'd start with an agency for advertising and build up a list.  Have them deal with deposit and screening.  Then go on my own once I had reviews and regulars.

I am not asking for your method. lol I care zero what method you use.  I am an open sex worker. If you take a total of 10 seconds you can easily find all of my info. My point is a lot guys say they "know" how to locate a gal's identity, yet honestly most can't even locate mine and it is out there for the whole world to see.
I am calling your bluff. Feel free to DM everything you find on me!! Looking forward to your detective work!!
