Since Russian girls from City to City, I don't know where these 2 went. I'm in L.A. & they could be still in L.A./OC.

Nicole Cliquot & Nevina Shay -- These are Blond Russian Orange County girls to take a deposit and just disappear.

Part of the “#CharmingFriends” Group. (look it up -on Twitter, but here only one left there "Daria". But I think this group still exist, they probably changed their name. A non-Agency group of Russian Girls.

The first one was “Nevina Shay”, AKA Kristztina Shay.

They keep in pretty much constant constant for a long time, have one after another excuses and keep cancelling last minute —

 Then disappeared.

Each of them. The first one -- more than a month ago: "Nevina", had excuses for an entire month after giving her a deposit. I was so understanding. Car broke into, stomach poisoning, Girl Issues; more, etc. Then went radio silence. TER profile gone, City Source Ad gone.

A couple of days ago (End of November, 2022) before my “Date” with the other - Nicole; Her “City-Source” AD disappears,

I confirmed and we were emailing the day of the date, then at her Incall  - Where she knew I would be waiting; She doesn't show. The next day she emailed me telling me she lost her phone, and went back to not find it. SHE KNEW WHERE I'D BE !!!! WAITING FOR HER OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT BUILDING.

She won't give me my deposit back either --

And now her TER profile is gone —

I will post this on the discussion board, because I can't give a negative review. SO --

What ever — DON’T EVER PAY DEPOSITS !

EVERYONE take this to heart !

DON’T EVER PAY DEPOSITS ! IT'S A SCAM –

They would stop demanding a deposit. NOW  is a good time to start.

I have required a deposit to book, since 2010 because I became a super single Mama who never wanted to have her time wasted. I have never lied, nor stole a deposit. I have never taken advantage of anyone, so do not judge all providers because you had a bad experience. It’s not fair. Ask your fellow TER members via private message before booking a provider that’s what this awesome community is for & you should utilize it to your advantage. Sorry you picked a bad provider. Live & learn.

ITS A REQUIREMENT OF MINE OR I WILL NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, YOU WILL FIND HISTORY OF THE THE LADY YOU ARE WANTING TO SEE. IF NOTHING HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY NOTED AND SHE HAS AMAZING REVIEWS YOU WILL KNOW SHE IS LEGIT.

Not sure why you're saying you cannot give a negative review. My understanding was the a rip-off review was exempt from a number of the requirements for a non rip-off review (though you still need to keep the tone of your review objective).

That said, seems like you would have done well to have read up on the topic here earlier. Not the first time this discussion has come up. Still, it is unlikely that deposits are going away, and I personally don't have any objection to the ladies defining whatever policy the think needed for their business.

However, everyone should keep in mind that any deposit sent is money at risk regardless of the due diligence done; this has been reported more than a few times in these threads. Even well reviewed providers with a history of living up to the deposit and either making the appointment or returning the money have been called out by a few people for dashing with the money at some time. Bottom line for me is if you are going to be seriously upset if you loose your deposit (for whatever reason) seek providers that do not require them. It's a large enough market that don't worry about loosing their deposit and have a strong interest in seeing a provider that requires them can get together and those mongers that don't like the risk can find plenty of other women worth seeing.

I personally know of one of the young ladies you speak of, Nevina Shay. Now we don't now what really happened, only you her know the real story. But I'll tell you of my interactions with her. She has never asked ME for a deposit and believe me she had every right to ask when she drove herself from the OC to meet me in Vegas on a couple of occasions for some crazy ass overnight shit all at the last minute. But I know how she can get. She doesn't put up with BS. She's had her fill with stalkers, the needy pesty type who text 24/7 and some who just wanna push her limits just because they gave her a deposit.
I'm sorry to hear if this really happened but again, we don't know the full story.
Oh and Russian? I dunno. Well I do call her my favorite commie..so, ok.

I paid a deposit once for a very hot Russian girl in LA. She has around 90 reviews with an average score of 9.3!  I read a pile of reviews and many hobbyists who saw her paid deposits. Furthermore, I pm’ed a few reviewers I know who are legit and who saw her just to confirm she would not go dark on me. All good feedback! So I booked her, put down $100, and had the session I expected and them some!!
Moral of that story - do a little extra diligence before making an advance deposit.  If you can’t get 100% comfortable, don’t do it!

Seems like a lot of EXTRA work on top of the verification process.  I'll bet; it still gave you pause to send the deposit.  What if she legitimately needed to cancel.  Do you think you'll get your deposit back?  My thought is that if you send a deposit, consider it gamble and you'll never get it back.  Doesn't seem worth the extra stress or extra time for me, but I'm glad it went well for you.

God forbid I have to cancel…if rescheduling is not an option I will refund the deposit. No harm no foul.

I have always found most providers who want a deposit also have a no review policy ? Doesn't take long for my no light bulb to come on. I might pay a deposit for some special occasion like a Vegas trip. With that being said her reviews need to be over the top and a lot of them from many sources. It seems like these deposit providers are mostly scams or provide poor service.

That BOTH of these Russian Providers I did EXTENSIVE background check via Multiple TER reviews and double checked the reviewers. Lots of reviews and white-lists.

And then at a certain point after stringing me along  ( Nevina AKA Krisztina Shay for a whole 5 weeks) both  pull down their City-Source Ads and TER profiles.

So, yes I did my due diligence. So I say again:

MO MORE DEPOSITS. ( Providers do your research and call legit providers, that you normally would do, just like clients should do.)

Please run your business the way you see fit.

The providers I refer to are Russians, and they move cities regularly.

I agree that wiping your ADs and TER profiles makes no sense, and if you don’t want to se the guy, why not just refund the deposit.

I’m guessing you would just do that.

On the other point, I’d you only contact providers that you know personally, I congratulate you for having a large network. Every (new) girl I approach insist on 2
References, TER whitelists (I mean that’s the point of the list) or P411 profile and more personal info. Of course without revealing a single thing about themselves.

It's interesting isn't it?
No matter what a monger does, its his fault. If he was r0bbed, scаmmed and such - it's his fault.

Never the other sides fault tho for actually r0bbing or  scаmming. Funny how that works.

And some clowns have the gall to say this biz is symmetrical. Lol.

At least the op aired their names out so now the Scarlett letter can be attached to them. But names can be changed, alas.

Sent a provider, from Phoenix and Vegas, 300 to get the pre book rate, I've seen her before, felt secure, somebody her roommate, I guess, had a heart attack, she canceled, said she would be back in 2 weeks, asked her to send the 300 back. she assured me she was coming back, never sent the money back, never came back.
Lesson learned, no deposits or prebook rates for me

I see this no deposit all over and always come from guys that trust the wrong providers.
Sorry but some of us have been around for years and I could make a list of providers like me that have a long history in the industry. Don’t rely on reviews only many reviews are fake, there are companies now that create reviews. What counts is how long is this person been around? I for example have been on P411 for many years that’s another way to make sure the girl you’re booking didn’t just arrive in the states and is maybe exploited and has a pimp behind her.
My clients all pay my deposit and not even one can say I’ve scammed him. My reputation is way more important than $200 deposit. Some of my clients even new ones have even paid upfront the full donation for 2 or 3 hrs appointments and dinner dates which is a generous amount of money and they have had a fabulous time with me.
We are not all scammers and maybe you should start considering booking more seasoned providers. Just my opinion.

People have been hacking accounts and pretending to be the actual SW then demanding a deposit. I have been messing with a couple of these hackers over the last few weeks. Ask them to send a verification photo and not one that is on their profile. Then ask them to do something in the picture. Do not ask for nudes or anything like that just have them write something for you and take a pic with it. Even ask them to take a pic of an outfit in their suitcase or something like that.  If they don't then move along. These hackers are usually guys and will refuse to send a pic of any kind. Even just asking them to send a pic of their hand so you can see if it's a guy or a lady or if it's the same color as the person you are contacting. These hackers have gotten out of hand and are probably making more money then us ladies because guys are not doing their due diligence. Check emails. Check social media. Check phone numbers. Check that they match against what these people are sending you.

Why not call them out? Post those 2 providers links to their websites, or TER reviews to warn other people? Makes no sense not to share. Isn’t that what this site is for?

The one I put a deposit with was Cat Keenly. No it wasn’t that much work! I read some reviews, pm’ed a few mongers and moved forward! I knew she was coming up north and getting a hotel to meet, so deposit was justified. No deposit on subsequent meets!

You are correct that not "all providers that require a deposit [are] scammers" or "supply a poor service." But to suggest those of us who won't pay a deposit are "time wasters" who won't screen is also totally wrong.  The truth on both counts is somewhere in between.
I won't pay a deposit and am not a time-waster who won't screen. I also would never try to make a date with you. You'd just never know.

Only a couple days and there's even more posts laying blame on mongers. I hate the comparison some providers give that compare deposits to having to pay a deposit to see a hair person or what not. There's legal recourse to get your deposit back in those later cases if you get scammed out of it. There's no legal recourse for the former, and I have yet to see a compelling argument when that fact is brought up.
