Non of the strip clubs have FS or BBBJ in the VIP rooms. Exactly what is allowed is different by counties in a state & by state. It's illegal don't you know, LOL, to do that stuff in a strip club. Some clubs are very diligent about enforcing that some not so much.
Now that deosn't mean you can't get FS and or BBBJ in the VIP room of a club but it's a real crap shoot because it's the dancers not the club. Some dancers will, some won't, some might. Most will upsell. Ex: VIP room $35 for 1/2 hour, dancer $150 to $200, extra money for BBBJ, more extra money for FS. Then there are the dancers that say they will, take the money and then don't. There is no one for you to complain too because you can't say you paid for "extras". Not all dancers will offer these extras and some would get you thrown out for asking.
There may be a list like what your asking for but I wouldn't bet on it being very accurate and you would still need to know which dancers will.
The hobby is much better for what you want than strip clubs. The hobby is a sure thing for the activities and the cost. Strip clubs are a whole other thing. I like them but not for getting laid. ( Yes, I have had covered FS and BBBJ's in the VIP room of strip clubs and it was a real crap shoot.)

Because they DON'T belong in the SC. They belong in hotel rooms or other private places. In LA, I know many strip clubs well. But it's just not worth it for "normal" sex. First you pay at least $100 to $350 for a semi private room (sure some or more private than others) but even if you have 1/2 an hour, the girl's plan is to bank it out as fast as possible and move on. Plus you can basically only have her sit on you or maybe doggy, or get a bj. Sure, it gets the job done, and you get to see the girl first, chat with her etc., but the sex, nahh. not worth it.
Now what really gets my caw, if that is the word, is the main problme with strip clubs is the lap dance. Strip clubs are LEGAL but therefore regulated by local statutes about what is allowed or not: total nude, semi-nude, pasties(!); booze or no booze; ZERO customer contact, some customer contact, unrestricted customer contact; and so on.
Management knows the local enforcement issues. Management knows how much they stand to gain or lose by a closure, suspension, license revocation, and so on. Some figure they can survive a closure and reopen elsewhere, others (NYC, Boston) know that it will be almost impossible to reopen if they lose their current standing. Bouncers and servers know when to look the other way or report the slightest infraction.
