Definately not the case with my ex, but for those lucky (?) enough to marry into money, does her wealth explain your hobbying to some extent?

Definitely! I have friends whose wives make significantly more than than them; one, almost three times the money and yes, without sharing handles, one of them hobbies quite regularly, but hangs out more on the other board. He's also fucks a young twenty something that works at the mall and she delivers for part of her rent. As to popsicle psychology behind it, don't know if that's true. My guess is, this monogamy thing is very hard to do and in the almost famous words of comedian Chris Rock: "A man's fidelity is only limited to his options." Money is likely a non-factor when it comes to why a guy cheats. It's in his/our nature to fuck around.

there are plenty of people who never cheat through out their whole life relationships and marriages. Dumping it on your idea that you can't control it its out of your hands and nature is calling is absolutely crap.
you own your actions what you say and what you do. Its all about choices. Personally I don't care either way but man up and own the choices you make.

Yes, it does sound a bit like an excuse, we won't argue there, but then again, if you said it had nothing to do with our natures, I'd say give me some of what you're smoking. Monogamy is a CHOICE. We can choose to never cheat out of some idea we have about our religion, faith, or what some might call values. It doesn't mean that you don't have to reach deep not to go off on the other path. Call it restraint, call it discipline, but that's all it is, another way to say CHOICE. To make a judgement about people who choose to fuck around, then so be it. Not once did I say it was something we couldn't control so get the right guy in mind before you make that assumption. Wasn't said here. If you watch animals, heck even certain plant life, you have real evidence of mating practices. They don't stand around and say should I or shouldn't I. BTW, owning your choices is called being responsible. Don't let that big brain and opposable thumb give you the big head and think you are somehow special.

 How many is plenty?? I know there are many husbands who never found out, I fucked their monogomous wives. What they don't know doesn't hurt them, or go in the record books. If their wives weren't caught and didn't tell,it seems fair,they remain in your plenty category.
It works both ways.I surely feel my silent laughs, from women who tell me their BFs don't cheat.
I'm always hoping the women don't talk as much as the men do.
I am more inclined to believe almost everyone will cheat, if given the chance to eat a  different kind of cake,no matter what kind of diet they are on.

nor do I plan on being monogamous again anytime soon, but I was married. I never cheated on my wife, not even once, and I would bet my life that she never cheated on me either. I don't mean to be judgemental, but I have no desire to sneak around. I doubt that I could ever live the life that many of the hobbyists here do, but each to there own. Anyone who has the temerity to tell me how to live my life will be in for a rude awakening, likewise I have no desire to be someone else's conscience.

I will admit that I fucked at least a half dozen women within a month of splitting up with my wife, prior to our divorce being final, but after we had split, but during our actual marriage I never strayed.

Ocassionally I get into relationships where I feel no need to stray, but in the 15 plus years since my divorce those type of relationships are few and far between, and are likely to stay that way.

Thats why I said many and almost. There are rare  exceptions to almost every rule. The fact remains, many men and women do cheat, and most wives will, when given the right opportunity.
One wife in particular, I fucked many times when her husband was having band practice. He was drumming and I drummed her often NSA.Only once did we do it at their home, in their bed.It was something she suggested and a thrill thing for her. It made me feel strange, but the sex was still great. A couple years later they divorced.
I distinctly remember after she remarried I saw her at a restaurant, and asked if she wanted to fuck for fun again. She turned me down, and said she wouldn't cheat on her new husband.
Hurt my feelings at the time, now I'm wondering was youe wife married to a drummer before you. I am sure there aren't many like her.
I will admit I hope to find a GF one day, that I won't cheat on. Its going to be rather difficult for me ,since I'm one of those guys, who has never stayed on a diet.

Stats show that the frequency of sex declines as income increases. I know, no one on this board exemplifies that. We're all 6'3", good looking, and have sex 5 times a week.

But, in the real world, people with lower income have sex much more frequently than those with higher incomes. It stands to reason that women who earn high incomes are generally more absorbed by their professions, in terms of time, energy, and thought, and that they will be less available for sex with their partners. The men, having access to more money and free time, are naturally going to cheat more.

The biggest problem you will face, with having a Super Hot looking GF or Wife, is all the other women that will want to fuck you. Unless you are the kind of guy that can just say No, it would be extremely  difficult to walk away from all the propositions you will receive.
When women see you with a Model type GF,first thing in their mind, they want to know what you got, to have her hanging by your side.
Next step they will want to fuck you, to raise their self esteem, getting over on that Hottie.
Most women are like that.Its a cat thing that goes on in every town.
Even though I've fucked a lot of wives, I always turned down wives of friends.I do have some morals.

Freaked me out. Thought they dug me because their man and I were so tight, but then they'd grab my dick or my ass when their man wasn't around. Kinda embarassing.

Even come over when he thought she was out grocery shopping or some shit.

But I'll admit, I did partake in some. And that's because I thought the guy was a dick, or they were splitting up in the first place.

But I agree about the 'cat' deal also.

Can't count how many times an ex would get in the face of some other girl that I was just talking with.
