Placing ice cubes in a condom (for a little insulation and irritation prevention) and inserting before exercising the vaginal muscles. It's sometimes hard to tell where we are contracting and the book said that can help with locating which muscles we are working and (maybe) feel a bit more pleasure. I would imagine placing Ben wa balls in the fridge would be fine. I have a glass toy, which is great for temperature play but seems to retain heat more.
