I think quick meets are great! While its true you cant really get to know a person in 15-30minutes, how much better are you going to know in an hour? If a provider offers a quick visit I always take her up on that first, this way I know if we click or not and later I can adjust the time...In addition doing this as a hobby is tough on the wallet so seeing girls at the quick visit rate is kind of the only way I get to see some ladies...

While I don't do half hour sessions myself, there are a lot of guys who do either because of the time factor or, more commonly, the lower donation amount. Most of the guys who frequently post on the national board are like me: they're not half hour type of guys. But don't let you dissuade you. Try it out for a few weeks and see how it goes. Post in the ladies only section and get their perspective on how it impacted their business.

Hi Madison, try a half hour rate -- nothing to lose. Personnally, I like the 90 minute date and would just save my money to see who i want for as long as I want.  I like the idea of a companion rate if your time is open.  Lovely lady and happy hour or lite fare after work would be appealing to me.

I know I tend to disparage ladies offering half-hour rates as one-and-done girls (when booking an hour).

That said, I agree, that you need to do what you need to do. I might be more inclined to suggest offering specials with additional time. Get 75 minutes at the hour rate or 90 minutes steeply discounted over the hourly rate. I would base this on knowing what you clients typically book. You don't want to mess up any regulars that book extended sessions.

As Jack_Hoff pointed out about 30 minute sessions... I can almost do it myself...

I don't enjoy or book 1/2 hour sessions.

Recently, some quality ladies in my area have done just what you propose. I find myself now willing to book such a session with a lady with whom I was previously reluctant to book for the first time due to a compatibilty concern.

I know with a several minutes how we will mesh, and I don't like paying for the 60-90 minute and not enjoy it.  The half rate allows me to take more of a chance that first time.

If it goes really well, we may be able to extend the session !

Let's say I want to go see a movie, but I don't want to go alone.

My taste in movies is likely quite different from yours, but maybe not. Either way, you come to dinner and a movie with me, and then you head back home. No sex.

There are lots of providers out there who would be kick-ass dates for things like nature hikes, dinner/movie and all kinds of cool jazz.

But when ladies start charging in the hundreds of dollars per hour, it just isn't practical for me to take them to a movie.

Not to be crude, but when I start laying down lots of benjamins ... well ... at some point during the date I sort of expect her to be on her back, ya know?

But what if you had an "evening out" package? Where you would go out with the guy to public venues for 3-4 hours and charge maybe $200-$300 for the service? I'd do that.

I would give extra consideration to a lady who extended the time rather than cut the rate. Try running a special of 90 minutes for the hour rate or for just a little bit more $.

I have to say that in the big picture of things and reviewing the TRUE definition of an Escort IS what you have described here (ASSUMING we end up on our back, knees, head) you get the picture...but nonetheless implied. I DOUBT many men are like you, wouldn't dish out 2-3hundo for the company (though I agree most of us are WONDERFUL outside the bedroom as well) and well most "escorts" wouldn't believe that all you are seeking is our company, and nothing else.

I do believe that if you are open and HONEST with some providers of your choice, and explain you are truly looking for just a companion for the evening with NO expectations or pressure of anything physical, they would consider reasonable offers. Again, remember it IS our TIME you are paying for...

This way, I feel we have had that initial meeting of an hr or more that allowed us to get to know each other a lil better (which for ME personally is a necessity to FULLY enjoy you and give YOU my best)...but sometimes time and funds may not allow for an extended repeat visit, so based on my discretion, I do allow the 1/2 rates for the well behaved repeats)

offering it, tired of hearing "I wont see a girl with half hours" or the girls saying "why do you offer half hours" um because I liked them thats why! It's up to you you can always try it out and see how it goes, I think offering a half hour is a lot better than offering a special or discount, special is offering the same for less. half hour is offering the same for less time but the pay is not cut.

I tried doing 1/2 hour sessions when I first started and wasn't comfortable with them. I tend to book multiple hour dates over hour dates in general. But everyone is different. I like to actually get to know the person and take my time so we both truly enjoy the experience. There is no way your going to get a genuine GFE session in a half hour. To each their own though. If your comfortable with a quick f*ck and run then go for it.  Just keep in mind that it will attract another type of clientele then you may be used to.

I'm not too fond of quicks but I have no issue with half hour rates...I find that those who don't want to for w/e reason be there for an hr or longer .... imo 1/2 hr gives a little bit more time than an in & out and leaves time for quick chat which most like to do before and after they get into it even when they claim to be in a rush or not have a lot of time. Most quick stays turn into half hours anyways so not really a bad idea. Have that as an option if you like and it's up to you if you want to keep that open or not.

All you have to do is drop all sex and sex-related services from your menu for the next year, not provide such services (even to regulars) and maintain your rates wherever they are right now for the next year.

At the end of the year, if you are still in the escort business without having had sex with any clients and without having to drop your rate, I will grant that your premise is correct.

I always go for an hour, but don't always know how to kill the extra 40 min. You can only take so long getting undressed showering and getting dressed. LOL

I paid them just to talk. I did not even plan in engaging in sexual relations with them. I just need a knowledgeable discreet understanding ear to talk about some issues I was having. No, they where not sexual issue exactly, but it dealt with things only a lady in this profession would have the knowledge I was looking for. I have also book a date a week ahead of time that when they came up I was not in the mood for sex so I took her out to eat instead. I do think some men would book a non-sex date date. Normally I am not one of them, but I have in the past at the full retail rate. I don't think it would be anywhere near as popular as sex dates but there would be some takers for non-sex cheaper dates, of that I am sure.

I think providers need to stop putting really short sessions or "quickies" in their ads or on their pages.  It absolutely SCREAMS for law enforcement attention.  I prefer one or two-hour minimums because, as a client, I don't even really like to see a gal unless we also have dinner or drinks.

If a guy is busted by law enforcement, how can he POSSIBLY explain that he's legitimately paying for a woman's time and company (which should be the truth) when he shows up for a 15-minute incall appointment with nothing but a disposable cell phone, a $50 bill, and a single rubber!?  That cheap-ass is going to need a public defender real "quick-ly."

I was concerned about the type of guy who would be interested in a half hour rate and I got my answer.  Of course he called from a blocked number.  Threatening to give a bad review just goes to show you.  I never received such a disrespectful call until tonight.  Gives me something to ponder.
