who's rates granted were not $500 hr, she got $300 but her dance card was filled every day. A slow day was three clients, a busy day more like six, and this was only last year. So yes, some ladies are still making it.
Not that it matters to anyone else but me, but yes, she still had plenty of gas left in the tank for me. We had sex 5-10 times a week, even though she worked pretty much full time. Fast forward to 2014 and most every provider in the south (that I know personally over 400) can barely get 2 a week. When I retired, it was just as you said... barely even 1 a week. Rates are not rising because providers have GPS... they are rising to tap into a market that is more consistent and that 'average' market, is not what it used to be whch is why more providers are getting out of it.

Agency girls, new guy every hour all day. My regular is one guy per day max, 4 days a week max, sees only her 4 regulars plus a couple not-so-regulars, but she has a full-time job and providing is to supplement her income. In that time, yes the girls were easily getting multiple clients a day, but the rate was 150-200 and they paid out some of that for fees. All in all, the girls might have cleared 500 a day, 4 days a week after expenses and we are talking 8 hour days of sitting around waiting for the phone to ring and for them to be selected.
I cannot recall a month since 2010, when I have made that kind of money as an Indy provider, except for ONE client who paid me for an overnight and tipped me 1500. That one client paid my bills for 3 months. That is the exception, not the rule. Most of the providers I know personally make less than 5k a month in the south, and that is BEFORE expenses and from low volume women. I do know of a few who can still seem to get 8-10 clients a week on a consistent basis, but I have noticed they are having to run specials for 250 quite often.
It's not what it used to be, and I wish everyone would just get that. Very FEW providers are pulling in 10-20k a month on a consistent basis, and those who are live in areas where rent and car notes take most of that.
