The big risk is not so much bacteria or viruses in the urine....

but rather that you would get dosed with any medications that the gal may be taking.  So inquire about that first as the majority of medications leave the body via the bladder and urethra.

Otherwise, to paraphrase Lennon/McCarthy:  Let it Pee.

... the risk of disease from a golden shower is far less than the risk of disease from activities such as DATY, DATO, FIV, FIA... and let's not forget LFK/DFK

I still can't believe it from what I hear it's healthy

Boxer Juan Manuel Marquez drinks it during training for his fights. Not my drink of choice, but yoy or the receiver should be OK.
