I would be curious to hear your ideas about #3.

Many ladies now feel they need real world info to be safer in the business and/or to avoid embarrassment. What would you propose to solve those needs for them?

you would like to see change about the hobby?

For me:

1. Eliminate rancor between the ladies and men. Mutual respect and appreciation would be better.

2. Re-establish reviews, in a format both sides could accept.

3. Find effective ways to NOT need personal information; maintain confidentiality absolutely.

I'm sure there are others... what say you?

But if I had to say

1. No legality nor illegality.  Just don't give it importance.

2. change the sheets more often.

3. World peace.

Re: Bring back a lil' hair down there.
Bald coochies have no personality.
I miss the full natural bush.  I miss it so much! Luckily, I see it starting to re-emerge in open videos, both amatuer and non-amatuer (I wouldn't exactly call it professional, lol).

Bald coochies also produce no hairballs to choke on, which for me, is a greater blessing.

A little hair down there is just as scratchy, irritating, and uncomfortable and a little hair on my chin is to them.  Stubble hurts!
.
Now, trimmed and neatly groomed I can put up with.  Full bush, even, I can put up with.
.
But I much prefer smooth, sleek, slick, soft, sensitive skin.  Yes, down there.  Yes, down there on me too.  I like my full sensitivity too.
.
It just feels so good!

"and a little" -> AS a little ...

I think they all make perfect sense (at least to my deranged mind):

I'd like to see sex work, not only decriminalized, but actually made legitimate by means of there being actual college level courses  teaching the fundamentals, especially massaging (but that's just my thing.). Furthermore, there should be generous endowments to help defray the cost of this education.

Further, I think health plans ought to help pay the cost of seeing sex workers as I believe that we would all be much healthier (physically and mentally) if we all got our rocks off frequently.   This would lead to a reduction of illness and associated costs of treating same.

Finally, I'd like to get a few million dollars for just coming up with these ideas.   (Trust me, I'd blow through it on escorts in under a year, but boy, what a year that will be!)

I would suggest we make you the lab instructor/tech for those college classes you're advocating. They definitely would require a lab portion as this is not a pure theory type subject. Hand-on experience is clearly needed.

Is not enough.  They will also need "mouth-on" experience.

The university is now offering fully-booked courses on how to stay safe while working as a prostitute - but they say they aren't teaching anything other than "support" and "advice". Huh?
.
In addition to the recent Durham (UK) Uni story, there were some stories about US uni's adding courses to teach, including some "how to"s, about prostitution to help students stay safe.

Wasn't there another recent post about uni's offering classes on sex work? And I am not referring to JDU (Jack Dunphy Uni). I wish the "search" feature was working better. I can't find it.

Insurance companies already cover ED meds, it's not a far stretch to underwrite a claim that seeing an escort is therapeutic and beneficial for prostate health lmfao. If they could get away with it, they absolutely would!

"Generous endowments" -- you called?

Oh wait...you mean you want someone to PAY for all that?

Never mind
