If one is naturally bright & creative, they don't need to hire anyone and putting  together a nice ad should not be that big of an issue for someone with a fair amount of creativity and brains.   BP has some great (or awful...whichever way you choose to look at it) cheezy & tacky ads complete with bad spelling & grammar!  LOL  Then of course the bottom feeding guys over at USAG eat them up!  

I mean on a site like GLS or maybe Eros, sure but not the free weekly ads on the boards. I put when, where, and a link...no photos either. Then again, I am not really trying all that hard to get business lol. I do better marketing other women than myself, because I just lack the drive it takes to convince guys to see me. They know where I am at lol. Sorry, that's just how I feel about it, and always have.

Don’t overly photo shop. You are setting yourself up for disappointment.  

Most providers won't answer this too honestly. For obvious reasons. Most white knight hobbyist won't neither. Marketing is a process. Presentation does make a difference.

I start with bbbj, I have a stupid mental block with covers, I don't maintain an erection very long with one on. Then I got to photos, I need to be attracted to her. Then I read her home/ or about me page and reviews. Then I look at donation. I have to travel to hobby as I live in a small city in the deep south. So what she says about herself does matter to me.

I really put some thought and give a bit of my personality not to verbose and let the pictures and reviews do the rest..

I find his work very natural compared to many others.  No photographer is going to photoshop you all to shit without your consent, so all that "It comes with the photos" noise, is bs. You can tell them you do not want photoshop for things other than tats, or a background image that should not be there.

off the norm I am I don't know but I can tell you that a dissertation full of self-aggrandizing stuff about how sophisticated, well traveled and "classy" the lady is is usually wasted on me.  I know there are lots of smart and interesting women out there but something that looks like it was written to impress an 11th grade English teacher isn't going to make me call.  

They don't you may as well put a right load of do da up there, like the number of times I get asked "oh and uniforms and of role play and oh domination" I'd like to know how your mind got to the fact I do any of that by my pictures and profile, some people just call up to spout  some hot air that day really.

In most cases anyway, unless the description is right in my wheelhouse.  It just ends up being too much of an annoyance to go out to the website, find whatever 'stylized' heading her gallery is under, wait for the pictures to load, just to find out she's not your type at all.

All three are important and given weight. Mostly I look for ladies I think would be fun to know not just fun to fuck. Yes I read ads.
