When it comes to std's urinating after sex doesn't prevent a thing....peeing right after sex can prevent uti's in women though because it can prevent bad bacteria from getting further inside causing uti/bladder infections...

There were prophylactic  stations where sailors were given kits when coming off liberty with instructions to pee,insert a small tube of penicillin  in the dick.
 I think that is where I got allergic to penicillin 8o(
