If I am a normal male (please don't flame me on the use of the word "normal"), and I take a pill like this, I wonder if I wouldn't be able to be satsified in a session unless I came five or six times.  Although I enjoy the journey as well as the conclusion, this sort of enhancement might just tucker-out the provider. On the other hand, (and I say this tongue-in-cheek), a provider might offer this pill like a bartender could offer salty snacks.
