OMG! Is TER grading is invading the real world?

I brought my Acura in on a recall notice and of course they find 2 items that have to be addressed. Normally said items would have been taken care of by my regular guy but it really wasn't worth the hassle. So I pay their too high charge and give them a 9 on service. Within 5 days I've had 2 emails and 2 calls "worried" about my rating I gave them. WTF

I felt like saying look up TER. 10 is a once in a lifetime experience. Stop worrying about your "number" and lower your cost of service. Because next time I'm going back to my lady down the street who charges half for the same or better service without the attitude.

And they both offer free drinks and a lube job. :
