Don't pay $$$$$ if you are ever uncertain or can't make a reasonable assumption that said tryst won't go your way. You are after all in the situation for your entertainment, less we forget. How different is this from say, emotional distress?  or say interference in a marital relationship?  There's protection for all sorts of privacy in any domestic relationship, why not this?
