..Boo fucking hoo. So your relationship didn't work out and you couldn't get a provider on the phone. Big fucking deal. You should count your blessings, especially at this time of year.

Yeah, his problems seem petty compared to someone else's, but I thought it was outta line to just trash the guy.

don't worry about a man keep your head up. The best thing I found about this hobby, is that for every bad time there's a great time. Just make sure you give your next date a good motor boating, and I can guarantee you'll forget all about this.
That's what I do when my plans fall apart and no one else can be found.
I know that some have security issues with LE busts and such, but I know of some that have been around for decades and have never had a bust.
You might only get a happy ending, but it beats the alternative.
Did you try e-mailing them instead of cold calling? I mean there are plenty of ladies that don't just answer random phone calls and are not sitting by the phone waiting all day, myself included. Perhaps some of those ladies never responded because they prefer to be contacted by e-mail initially.
Being on the phone getting preliminary information can be awkward so I always think it's best to start with the e-mail and then leave the phone call to when the arrangements have been made.
Just a thought 
Hope things get better. As James Franco said, your now "ex" girlfriend was, "being such a non-pillow" which can take some getting used to, especially if you're always used to the pillow variety.

4 months is not exactly a long time to try and work on a relationship btw, but when you know...I guess you know.
It's better he figured it out in 4 months instead of wasting a year or more on a relationship thats going nowhere.
I know, it sounds trite - especially to hear it now - but the passage of time does tend to heal our wounds....that, and a lot of binge drinking and binge f*cking to wipe out the pleasant memories turned painful and to replace them with fresh pleasant memories! In such times of heartbreak and depression is when I have historically turned to providers for comfort and solace. Usually, I'll say a little prayer and most times I have been blessed with an angel to get me through my darkest hours. Then my problem becomes my falling in love with the poor girl who only wants to earn a living and not be burdened with my emotional baggage. Watch out for that one; I'm still working on that character flaw of mine. Keep your chin up. I am sure you will yet find that special lady in time...perhaps after some of the ladies here put some salve on your wounds and provide you with some temporary relief! And while it may seem doubly depressing to have to endure this at this time of year, remember that the hope that Christmas represents is there in your friends and may it sustain you until that "right one" comes your way.

I never understood the "hang in there, better times are ahead" comments. That is the LAST thing I want to hear when I'm down in the dumps. When stuff like that happens, you don't think there are better times ahead.
Get buys living or get busy dying. Great quote. Just get busy....doing anything. Years ago, I broke up with a gal (she broke up with me). I was devastated. I actually got involved in model rocketry. It saved my emotional bacon to be honest. Find (another) hobby....anything to occupy your mind.
I know there are plenty of women willing to see last minute guys, but then there are a slew of us who literally don't bother to respond to emails not including screening info, or more frequently, ones that are a variation of "hey chica, u avail 2nite. I be a nice guy!" Erm... ignore!
Try emailing a few days in advance. I bet you'd be surprised at both the response and quality of woman.

i just decided i wasnt in right shape to see anybody right now provider or regular date, ill just focus on my work and wait till after the new yr, wanna find a true gfe like i used to have, shit i used to have 4 of them that i would rotate with so i didnt get bored, thanks for all the comments everybody, and yes i am glad i only wasted 4 months dealing with her bullshit, while shes driving throught the snow with her truck i fixxed up for her, next time i wont answer the phone,shes been sending me messages since ive backed off, but i figured best to just cut all ties
