A lot of his interest begins online with blogs. My question to you is this: How did you get the idea in YOUR head to bring it back up? And not that it matters but he couldn't consummate the date with the POST Op lady.

Her name was Lady Astor.  We met on another board about 8 years ago, and had a good rapport.  As we were both going to be at a SWOP meeting in LV, we decided to get together for a session - my first encounter with a POTS.

While she was fairly attractive (Had the work done by the best of them in Thailand.), my cock was not having any of it, and demanded I get the hell out of there.  I made an excuse of not feeling well, and took off.  She offered to refund the money, very classy of her, but I demurred.
