Hi, I'm considering a permanent incall and wanted to survey you guys to see what do you like and or dislike about incall locations? What makes you say, "now that was a nice place!"

When girls are sharing a place at a private incall residence, it kinda take a way the intimate settings. I don't like to see other girls there when I am there, unless she's gonna participate. I would prefer if her roommate leaves for the time being when I am there. The private incall location has to be discrete. I don't want people asking me where am I going when I get inside the building. I don't want neighbors to get suspicious if I park my car somewhere, or them getting suspicious if I park there on many occasions. The incall location has to be functioning and have some form of accommodations.

I've been to one private incall where the provider didn't have AC for one month. Another provider didn't have electricity, and had to use candles. I even gave her electricity money for that month for her to pay it. Also, the bed has to be nice. Some beds are too small, and some are too low off the floor. I like to the bed to be at least three feet off the floor, that way, I can do stand up K9 or stand up Mish. I hate to lay on the bed all the time, and like to move around. Make sure your curtains inside the bedroom is functional too. So far, those are what I typically like at an incall. I'll try to add more if something comes to mind. Good luck!

The best incall locations that I have been to are the very well kept private locations, which the provider actually lives. This usually happens AFTER the provider has seen me a few times.

One good option and this will depend largely on your finances, getting a single bedroom apartment close by where you live, if available. I have met a number of providers that tell me that this location is actually their "business" location, which makes logical sense in many ways.

However, the one important factor in picking out any place is...  LOCATION, LOCATION AND LOCATION!

Do NOT pick a place in the middle of a ghetto. That will never work.

Don't worry too much about neighbors, you're going to get all kinds, but keep your story about your work consistant... meaning... if you tell people that you are a traveling business lady... then tell the same thing to everyone in that neighborhood if they happen to strike up a conversation with you. If you mix up your stories... the neighbors will bound to become very suspicious of you and that's not good.

The worst incall locations? Anything that is the opposite of what I have mentioned in the above. However, the worst was that I went to a house in a middle class neighborhood. Outside of the house was very well kept up, but as soon as I walked inside, it was messy and I sensed that there were other people in other parts of the house. Sure enough... I saw a guy standing in the doorway at the far side of the house. That gave me the creeps and I told the lady that I was leaving. She proceeded to cuss me out as I was leaving. As soon as I got into my car, I see this guy walking out of the house very fast... I bailed out as quickly as I could. Who was this guy? NO clue... was it a boyfriend, husband or a pimp? Don't know and didn't care at the time. Obviously, I told everyone on certain boards NOT to see this lady.

I prefer large apartment complexes, the kind where people are moving in and out, all the time.
Where no one knows their neighbors. Downside can be hard to locate apartment once inside the complex. So it's important that if you go this route, make sure the apartment is easy to find in the complex. Next, get a maid to keep it clean. Make sure the bathroom is immaculate and well stock with men's stuff, mouthwash, papercups, all soaps, shampoos etc, should be pump bottles. Splurge on nice towels and make sure towels are changed after each guest. Well decorated, not necessarily Architural Digest nice, but tasteful, leaves a lasting impression. If you have to sign a lease, sign a short term lease, that way if you have any issues, you can leave without loosing your deposit. And don't stay longer than a year. With a static incall you're a sitting target for le, if you're low volume it won't be an issue, but you never know. Finally no roommates, if you can afford to swing a first class incall, that don't do it. Good luck, hope it works out for you.

First, I do NOT like going to incalls, as that's how LE catches most clients. If you must have one, you should consider moving it around every so often, lest LE (or your neighbors, who WILL report you) catch wind of where you operate.

Second, if I WERE to go to incalls, then its cleanliness would be the most important thing to me. I do NOT want to see ANY signs of the client who was there before me.

It needs to be clean, quiet, tastefully decorated, and in a complex without a lot of snooping neighbors. And it's got to be in a safe and decent neighborhood. I don't want to worry about my safety or my car getting broken into during the session. And did I mention clean? The maid idea is good and definitely lots of nice clean towels and soap/shampoo or whatever. Good luck and have fun!

One lady I see has a legit home based office business (by appointment)...  in the spare room.  The parking space is marked for the business (initials).   The neighbors don't know...

Another cover might be like a stuardess or pilot or other professional who needs a place to crash when in town.

One lady I know has 3 INCALLS that only she uses.  I've only been to one.  But it keeps the traffic down.

A fixed location is the most critical...  not inside...  about any place can be set up nicely.  But outside, the ability to get clients in & out without being conspicious.

As much as I love waking up with a lady...  it should not be your primary residence.

One can never assume that the "neighbors don't know". The real question is "Have the neighbors reported the location to LE yet?"

They are spread out all over New Orleans and even one on the lake near my home. All busy areas except for the lakefront, but I might see 2 guys a month at that location so no one notices a thing. Most work all day and that's when I like to entertain. Just make sure it's a safe area with good parking. My uptown location is odd having a driveway where you can fit 3 cars, as most only have off street parking which can be a pain.

Also, make sure it is easy to find and accessable. Many guys want to be able to get to you in less than 15 min. on the lunch hour, so downtown areas are not always good for the guys who work in the smaller towns surrounding your area. In New Orleans, downtown hotels are only good for our visitors but not the local boys who will see you regularly.

You obviously want a nice atomosphere with a full kitchen and maybe even a bar. I would NEVER suggest living in the same place you provide...don't crap where you eat. That is asking for trouble. With an incall that no one resides in you also have the option of getting a trusted provider friend to share the expenses and you guys can set a certain number of guys per week you can see without attracting attention. This takes the burden off of you to pay that bill every month if you are slow, and allows another woman you trust to also have a safe location to provide in...doubles are easily done as well so more money for both of you.

The kind populated by CPAs, optomitrsits and Chiropractors.

They are usually easy to get to, have parking, and people coming and going raises no issues with neighbors.

The down side is finding one with bathroom facilities, especially a shower.  You can, if you have a sink in the suite, give a wash cloth bath to your clients, which is kind of fun, but some guys will balk at not having a shower.

It does have a lot of safety aspects which are nice.  You can always tell the landlord that you do something like lifestyle councelling or teach yoga and stress reduction, or some very innocent sounding type work.

Also consider the safest and most convenient:  good 3 star hotels, and change them often.

I have seen gals who have had incall's in their home, incalls in apartment complex's, and in either regular hotels or extended stay properties.  Parking is an issue, pretty easy to find is important. It is important that we as clients act like we belong so as not to attract unwanted attention and to not act guilty or ask stupid questions of people we encounter!!

As a provider on the opposite side of the spectrum.. THIS IS TOTALLY TRUE! Even for myself..

I do not like to have appointments all throughout the day where one guy comes and  then right after another one.. I always space my appointments out from morning to afternoon to evening.

I dont like a guy to feel weird knocking on my hotel door so I Always leave the door open so he can walk in the room as if it is his room so people in the hallways aren't looking or making you feel weird .. Because of course when you see a girl dressed up knocking on a hotel door or a guy knocking on hotel door coming to incall location, It is a situation that is not discreet.

I worked for an agency and the girls bags were everywhere and girls were in the incall when clients came, and it was just so awkward and not even the type of environment a  guy needs to come into.

If I were a guy, I would never go to an incall where these type of situation are going on because you pay a lot of money to have the perfect atmosphere for that hour experience

a time sharing deal with a friend on a weekly/monthly vacation rental would be your best bet. then you can find a new one every few weeks and not draw attention. It will also work best in your area...

I am into views and sounds, i def can get really intio character for hostin a spa retreat when i look outside n see...............nothin but ocean n skyline,
think of whatl meke you feel hot n confident n wanna invite people over! do you like the bostin city skyline? do you like trees? are you a ocean lover, or lakes, i d definetly consoder what you like your goin to be at your best if its aplace your really takin pride in and puttin your heart into , makn the perfect setting, like maybe you like animakl print throws, n a fireplacxe as opposed to carin at all bout the ocean views, I mean you visualize yourself runnin your business n what do you see, yourself in. you may not ncare bout view you may want a hot tub in apot youl invest in then get a small shcheap aopt w no view but dammitn you want that dam hot tub in the appt room. so maybe youl just grab any old apt, cua you got a lay out pkanned for actyivities to be held druin the encounter.
             if your over joyed with your accomplishments or investmenrt , with the incall, iotll show n the clients will behappy when they see you r happy n excited bout the place, maybe inner city highbrise w a firplace, ? it be great forn your shoots, n a highlight to showcase for the apptm hmm but if your gettn for summer, fireplace is ng. for this season,
maybe also scope out an area no ones doin incalls that guys travel thru to get to n from work, alot the guys work min town but live uo near framingham, shrewsbury ect ect, theres alot kinda high end towns like shrewbury n alotta guys travekl back forth youd be a, on there way to work, or home, and b, in a place no ones advertises a secure set incaLL,
