I've seen some agencies use those forms on their websites, do they actually go thru to them? after filling the form, sit back and wait for them to call?
with my site. It comes to me as an email. When I get the email in I go over the form and start verifying all information given. I will contact the client either as soon as verification is complete, if there is a lack of adiquate information (ie no contact info for references) or I am not able to get the verifications back within a reasonable amount of time.
