One difference I have noticed between American and UK providers is that a lot of UK providers put the words "at discretion" next to certain services they offer.

Most usually with the following services...

French Kissing (at discretion)
Oral without (at discretion)
Anal (at discretion)

Never seen an American provider using these words.

I assume the first two (FK and OWO) are due to cleanliness.
The third, Anal, is probably due to size.

Wonder if it will catch on in the USA, or is it that American providers will just tell a man NO if she sees something she doesn't like...lol.

Most of us, over on this side of the pond, are smart enough to realize that there is always a YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary) factor when scheduling a date, so such explicit mention is not necessary

As Curly said we use the term YMMV here. Most of us understand that some services will not be provided for the reasons you stated (hygiene,etc.) They may not use the same term (at discretion).

The main difference here is most ladies will not even mention their services at all in their websites or ads. This is probalby due to legality issues here vs UK.

if you try to do anything that they don't want you to.  It's what makes them more fun.
