No, I think what they mean by 24/7 availability is that they are always available for appointments, so whether you call at 4pm or 4am, she is available for an appointment. Now, most, but not all, ladies that are available "24/7" are also usually the ones who fall into the category you are referring to, where they will answer their phone during an appointment, or not answer for a pre-arranged appointment... but that's probably just one of many nuisances you will encounter with a lady like that.

A few years ago I was working nights and saw an ad where a lady posted 24x7. I called and had set an appt. Time came and got to the location only to have her not answer the phone at all. I called 3x times and waited 30 min. She called me about 4 hours later, of course now its daytime and said she over slept. She did do me a solid by making it up to me the following night..
Never put ANYTHING in your ads or your site you can't or don't try to live up to. If I'm not going to be 24/7 I try to state my availability wherever I ad. If I don't put any times in any of them then that means within reason I'm ready when you are.

Why post that only to piss off a customer if she does answer for a pre-arranged appointment.
Some common excuses are: 1. I forgot to plug the cell phone in the charger. 2. I did not hear the cell phone ring. The list goes on and on.
