You can spend all your money on me while I nag you every second of every day and promise to have sex with you but never do ... Unless its a really special occasion like you give me more money or buy me really expensive things but even then nothing is guarenteed lol ...  

Just kidding ... I meant everything your GF would do within reason, like a loving relationship, kiss,cuddle,talk and all that romantic lovey dovey stuff we all love and need as human beings  

But if your looking for a Wham Bam Thank You Mam, or crazy freaky PORN STAR session then look for a PSE ... They might even do the Extra Girlfriend thing although i dont recommend it ... Safety first! ;P

If the "OP" has a relevant question, he should be ALLOWED to ask it, not have to SCROLL through TONS of previous posts to seek the answer, on your say-so.  
If you wanted to make yourself a VALUABLE and CONTRIBUTING member on this board, you would have used your supposed "expertise" and answered his question DIRECTLY rather than CHASTISE the guy.

for these terms and there are often variances by geographic regions and more importantly, from provider to provider.  I'm from California, and I can  tell you what it means here.  GFE usually means that DFK and BBBJ are on the menu, but full service is covered.  PSE used to only mean CIM is on the menu, but now it also means the girl MAY have BBFS on her menu.

 
Open-minded is an even more fluid term.  It can mean anything from "she will still see you even if you have a suppurating  boil on the middle of you forehead, but  she might wear a blindfold", all the way to BBFS is on her menu.  It can be anything in between that the provider wants it to be, so its a term that I completely ignore when deciding whether to see someone or not.

I like Lion's answer, even though the GFE/PSE question is tired.  

Open-minded, however, is interesting.  It is everywhere in the sugar world, at least in my area.  And my interpretation is a little tighter than Lion's.  Here's how I interpret it -- the woman is saying "I am fully aware there is a quid pro quo of intimacy for $$, but I'm not getting naked with you unless there is an attraction."  Some women may also be saying "....unless there is an attraction or a lot of $$$$$$".  In other words, it's SB-code for if the arrangement is right, she's all in.
