TER was down last night...

Same error message here in the Garden State.  Sounds like the server went down...

Don't expect anything from MS based software to ever be understandable except to the dweebs who create it...

They run MSSQL which has a transaction log with a finite size.  It reached that finite size so no new transactions could occur.  All they had to do is run a backup and truncate the transaction log.
