One that stirs up a lot of commotion, gets lots of people insulting each other, gets moderators to lock branches of the thread, and makes the OP wish he'd never started it.

While some trainwrecks are started by an OP who later regrets starting the thread, many are started by trolls who are getting exactly what they want.

If it continues, there may be a whole branch of the thread that gets locked. Give those moderators something to do to earn their pay.

I thought they all got paid under the table by extorting the ho's for sex acts.

and when I was a mod, besides free VIP the only thing I ever got was free rides on the TER jet. That, and a lot of grief from the peanut gallery.
