This guy's dangerous.  He could make another run at you, at another provider, or a civilan for that matter.  You owe it to yourself and others to put him on notice that he can't just get away with it.

Assuming that it's feasable.  Like the previous poster I'm no lawyer.

Best of luck to you.

Tonight I thank you for following me every day through my life,
You have led me through some choice which I have may choose to do and told me no,
You have taught me valuable lessons, which without your guidance I have may never learned, the safe way.
You have also helped me when I have made the wrong choices in life and protected me from the unthinkable.
For everything you have done for me, I thank you, for the blessings in life you have given me and all the more you have done in my life, I Thank you. Forever, My angels, in my heart.

Recently I have learned to deal with a child's sexual frustration that has turned on me, A 20 year old who has realized that I am not ever nor am I ever one he will have. He has broken into my car loosened 5 lug nuts off of a 5 lug nut tire to scare the crap out of me, he loosened them so much that they were hanging on my  half of thread so say the auto shop. Not only did he endanger myself but my son too.
Angels watched over me the last few days to make sure my tire never fell off and hurt us, and I thank you for blessing me with your love, help, and watchful eye.

it is beyond belief that anybody could even do such a thing.  I hope he realizes that he could go to prison for a very, very long time if something happened.  This just makes my blood boil.

I hope you know that there are many in this community that would be willing to help you in time of need and that there are people that truly care for you ladies.  Be safe and be careful and may the angels indeed, be watching over you and your family.

This is criminal! This man poses a threat to all providers and should be "dealt with". I'm so glad you and your son are safe and sound. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Thank you for your kind words, but This event has nothing to do with the business, he has never been a client nor will he ever. To broke and to dumb to ever get a good enough job to afford the hobby.

Proving it may be another thing. IANAL, but there's probably enough justification for a restraining order. You may wish to consult an attorney.

I think a sting is in order. You need to ask him to come over to talk and have a male friend in your closet with a recorder and tell him that you think he did this. He will probably confess and say that if you would have been with him it wouldn't have happened or he may incriminate himself in various other ways.
That way a restraining order may be possible, "evidence baby"

If the tires fell of , it would have been attempted murder.....

You don't need angels, you need to call the cops.

Me, I'm an athiest by conviction.  But I try to treat the beliefs of others with respect, especially in a time of crisis.

We can all be grateful that she's here to have the opportunity to call the cops.  Whether we attribute that to divine intervention or plain dumb luck is a private matter.

Having said all that, yeah, you do need to call the cops.
