Is it because the service is good  and or cheap. Is it worth going to  ,as LE seems to target these places. Maybe some guys are single and have nothing to lose. I wont be going to one under no circumstance .I rather pay that tryst extra to come to me.
I guess  some ladies use these places because of the low cost extended stays. Still,however, motels are not my thing - I like a bit more privacy and security.

but I knew one gal who only wanted to meet at a Motel 6 for some reason.    Those places scare the hell out of me, and their set up whereby the door faces the parking lot make them a "go to" for LE so they can see who is approaching makes them a big no-no especially if it is some gal you are seeing for the first time and/or someone without much on line presence.

That's why I avoid them. Haven't been to what most would call a "seedy" motel in awhile.

I use to see a girl about twice a month for years. She was convenient and she had a really nice apartment in Hollywood. I really enjoyed going there as I felt comfortable.In time the neighbors has an issue with the traffic so she had to move but she couldn't bring her "friends" to her new place so she starting running her shit out some crap ass joints on Sunset Blvd. Every appointment was at a different motel. Those who know Sunset Blvd in Hollywood by Western known as Little Armenia will know the area and get what I'm talking about
Anyways, I felt just out of sorts there...kinda of a creepy feeling. So I just told her what my deal was and she said that this was her only option at the time, But within a month or two, she fells off the radar, never to be heard from again.
Moral of the story, I dunno....I just hate shity ass motels

Was in Alabama… Seedy motel. Everything went well until (afterwards) she showed me the gun in her purse.

Sometimes I like the seedy motels, but usually just for a daytime bbbj/facefuck and get out. Last year I had an experience similar to yours. I saw a gal early one morning. When I walked in she was naked. Clearly appeared to have some substance issues. I got undressed and laid on the bed (which was surprisingly clean). As she jumped on to start sucking my cock I felt a weird sensation under my head/neck. I reached under the pillow and pulled out an aluminum baseball bat. She looked embarrassed and said 'it's a rough neighborhood'.  I took the bat and put it deep under the middle of the bed and she went back to receiving a really good bbbjnqns. Once I finished I quickly got dressed, threw her donation on the bed, and was outta there. Fortunately for me the bat was still under the bed. Not long after that she stopped posting ads. I kinda wonder whether she used the bat on some guy, or some guy used the bat on her?

I have only had one Motel 6 experience, by O'Hare.

Gave me the creeps.  I knocked on the door and the lady who answered was not the provider I had made the appointment with.  I thought to myself, oh crap, what do I do now.

The gal on the other end of the door insisted I come in, that I had the right place.  

Turned out the provider decided to a "free sampling" of her new friend for duo's.  My first true FMF experience, and it was great.  I had enough cash to pay their duo rate, which I did.  I appreciated the gesture but did not feel right taking advantage.

Once done I got out of the place ASAP.

That actually sounds like a pretty good experience for you. I know I would be down for an unexpected threesome at no extra charge, hell yea! Unless the other girl is really hurt or super big or doesn't know what she'd doing.
