Hi:  

Novice hobbiest.  Scheduled a meeting w/a provider.  Now when I check the website now I get a message:

This website has been Paused by the owner !
Please come back later when it will be back online !

Should I be concerned with LE involvement?  is this common based on traffic?  or the providor's schedule?

Any insight would be helpful.
