Picking from your list, I would have to say a combination of 2,3 and 5,  I really can't imagine a woman becoming a favorite without having great looks, "chemistry" for lack of a better word and at least be able to feign passion. I am pretty vanilla, so kinkiness is not really important to me. Location and money can be overcome if the other three are in sufficient supply

She doesn't tell me what i want to hear and always brings me back to reality. She talks to me when I have a life issue and she is someone who brings out the best in me. She makes me want to do things that I wouldn't experience in my day to day life. It helps that she is a major babe and great at what she does. I hope she is Smiling if she is out there reading this.

I have type of look that I seek in p4p, and if the girl does not match that type I will not see her.  Personality isn't something you can gauge well from a website, you just have to take a chance and hope for the best.  But personality is almost as important as looks if she will become my atf.  Passion is also somewhat important, but passion and personality sort of go hand in hand.  The other 2 categories are just a matter of convenience really but definitely a factor in how often I book a date with them.

i have 2 atfs who meet these criteria...and i just met a third, whom i expect will become another atf in the future, tho she's lacking on a couple of your points.

plus i see a regular utr lady who has seen me for years and never raised her rates (she's my all time favorite atf! lol!)

all these girls have all 5 (or most) of the above listed characteristics sasha, it's not at all hard to find someone with many of those qualities.  at least not hard for me.

they are beautiful on an objective level;

they are all passionate with me, at least as passionate as i want to be;

they have great incall locations (2 of them use hotels/apartments, and always within easy driving distance to me;  one lady once changed her incall plans from the airport to a hotel near me when i had my hand in a cast and couldn't drive long distances on the freeways); although my new lady lives in vegas, but she said she'd come back to la when i asked...we'll see if that's just another provider promise or if she really will;

they all have reasonable rates, at least for la market they are reasonable, tho the new lady from vegas is a bit more pricey, but she seemed to be worth every extra penny.  and as i said my long time friend has never raised her price to me in 4 years (plus she's gorgeous! and a great kisser!)

all have great personalities, and i often get otc time just for long conversations about all kinds of subjects with 2 of them;

and they are all kinky in the way that i like.  kinky in a way i will not describe here as many people object to what i like.  but these 4 ladies do not object, and i am in heaven.

I don't pay for looks I pay for my SO to get an experience, a show and of course someone that has something other than a fake smile. I would like if they could show a little bit of enthusiasm and not fake it to the point where I'm looking at the clock. OMG, acting should be part of classes (if there were such a thing) that providers would need to take in order to start hooking. I mean for crying a loud take into consideration I know your tricks can we at least pretend we want to be here. Alas, I will give it another try as I have at least 4 others under my radar but that's what I'm looking for.  
Passion, lure me in with a hug, grab my hand show me that you want me to be there, personality a little less fake laugh and more interest in anything other than your stupid shoes. Been  impressed once. I always figured if I was booked by a provider that because I'm in the industry I would put on a show I mean I will be shooting fire crackers out of my as* especially being in the presence of someone that's highly reviewed but what do I know I'm still a newbie according to most.

Mine had 5 out of 5, but now her location is about a thousand miles too far away, which is kind of a deal breaker.

And now we embarking on life's journey together and I couldn't be more delighted that she's moving on from this world.
