I never question math deficient providers

Just saw one of my faves..One hour 500
HH 150.
I took the HH, left and came back two hours later for second HH.
It only works for guys who don't have to strain to come.

I recently ran across two providers whose pricing did not make a lot of sense to me. I actually tried to explain this to one lady, and she seemed to not get it at all, leaving me to wonder if I am the one who is missing something.

Generally, I like to meet for between one and two hours. A one hour meeting is either a budgetary decision, or because I am not sure about the provider and want to meet her and decide. I am almost always happy to be convinced to meet for a longer time.

Provider one has rates of $350 for one hour, $550 for 90 minutes and $650 for two hours. I explained to her that this seemed to suggest she never wanted to see anyone for 90 minutes as you would be crazy to do that. She replied that I must be confused as she has lots of 90 minute dates. Since rates are a sensitive topic, I left it there. If we meet, I might elaborate in person, but it is not my job to tell her how she should price, of course. I do believe this provider offers 1/2 hour meetings, or did at one point, for $200 and that is how she arrived at the 90 minute rate, but I did not ask because that does not quite seem respectful.

Provider two has rates of $250 - one hour, 350 for 90 minutes, $500 for two hours, $700 for three hours. This lady is either a great bargain, or not worth seeing at all, so I made no comment on her rates. But her rate structure does seem to encourage only 90 minute meetings. If she is good, and reviews suggest that is the case, it seems like rates of $300/$400/$500/$700, or maybe even $650, for 1/1.5/2/3 hours would make more sense, better encourage longer visits and probably increase her income without much extra effort.

For most providers, the rates make perfect sense as they are designed to either motivate lots of short, dates, or fewer dates that are as long as possible, but I ran across these two on successive days and it made me wonder if I might be missing something. Is there some logic to this aside from provider one (intentionally or not) wanting no 90 minute dates, and provider two only wanting to meet for 90 minutes? Is there some reason to offer a price for 90 minutes if you really do not want to see anyone for that period of time?

Just curious.

thanks,
Zig

Why does other peoples business have to make sense to you? Either pay the posted freight or move along citizen.

Just an old, fat, ugly fuck with an opinion.

Why is the OP concerned with how much providers charge?!!! Just pick the rate you want and see her or not. Don't get yourself bothered with what we charge.

But I digress.

What you describe is not too uncommon.  At least these discrepancies fall into the $25 range, so they are not too bad.

I recall seeing an ad for one gal who charges $2,500 for 12 hours and $4,000 for overnight!

It's best just to go with the flow instead of being critical.  Money is a touchy subject, after all.

SOME GIRLS JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN  A BUSSINESS.LOL..PERSONALLY I LIKE TO KEEP THINGS SIMPLE AND TO THE POINT WITH MY PRICING:)

Every provider has a different approach to how and why her rates are what they are. The quickest way to having a lousy time during an appointment is to offer her marketing advice.

to run her business and rates are her business. How do you know the providers do not want 90min appointments? You do not.If she did not want 90min appointments she would not post a rate for it.There is a lady out there for everyone. Some gentleman do not like half hour appointments and would not contact a provider who offer that. Some like it.There are gentleman that request 90min appointments or a few hours.
I do not get your reasoning for thinking Provider 1 only encourages 90min appointments. That is neither here nor there it goes back to the basis whatever she decides to charge for her rates is her business.

As a provider the questions about why a rate is this?Or do you know your rate is not the way the gentleman thinks it should be is not good business in my opinion.A few times that I have gotten these type of messages I will not even respond I am not going to entertain a discussion about rates with someone I do not even know. So,for provider 1 to even listen to what you were telling her about her rates is rare within itself.I think it is a little rude to question a lady about what her rates are if you do not like it move on to another lady whose rates fit in your budget. There are a wide variety of ranges for everyone.

Don't feel alone, the OP's post was misunderstood by more than you. Maybe you guys are science scholars.

The OP was questioning why 90 mimutes was "more" than 50% more than 60 minutes. He was not  complaining about rates.
 60 minutes =350
 90 minutes should equal 525 without any discount.Half of 350 =175   350 + 175  = 525
No discount is fine. Charging more for the second thirty minutes does not make sense  when she gives a discount for two hours.Only a guy with no math skills would go for the 90 minute non deal with a extra 25 surcharge.
Using the provider's 90 minute math skills, two hours should equal 750.

OP."Provider one has rates of $350 for one hour, $550 for 90 minutes and $650 for two hours."

what he is saying about the rates. My point is why does it matter what the providers in question rates are?
Clarify for me what does my reviews and math skills have to do with one another?
Well,as the lady said to the OP she does fine at 90min appointments so I guess those are the guys with no math skills that are seeing her as you put it.

Perhaps she is doing fine with her rates as they are.I wonder how in the world, would she know, if she can't do basic math??. I have serious doubts she realizes what he was trying to say.I have never visited and would always avoid a  provider with such a rate structure. I realize its all about the sex but some things I won't tolerate.
We all have our preferences .

I think it makes some sense to me (maybe)...

For a lot of gents, 90 minutes is the perfect amount of time- and so, maybe she really is doing well with the 90 minute rate structure. In fact, if she IS getting a lot of 90 minutes, then it's a pretty smart business move because she's actually making more than her hourly rate. Alternatively, perhaps what she is really doing is encouraging two hour sessions, because for only 100 dollars more, you get a full two hours- which is a deal- and she gets more cash than she would for 90 minutes.

From my experience, quite a few gents drop from seeing a provider once she crosses over that $250 mark. And maybe 90 minutes, not two hours, is her preferred time for meeting.

Some guys basically break down rates at average cost per pop. If I'm a guy who can't get in 2 pops in an hour, but can usually do it in 90 minutes, here are my choices with provider #1:

1 hour - 350/pop
2 hours - 325/pop
90 minutes - 275/pop

As you can see, 90 minutes is the best deal for me. I don't doubt that she gets plenty of 90 minute appointments with that structure. The reason it seems crazy to you is you're looking at the "extra" 30 minutes as costing more than half of the one hour rate. But it's really not crazy.

Ladies do what works for them and/or the requests they get. Sometimes an hour can spill into almost an hour. Either I hear the hour or 2 hour option but the in-between is always there.
