well I'm not sure!  None of the numbers sho up on the scale anymore.  Maybe I should check the batteries!  :-X

I just lost 15 lbs and thought I looked pretty good.
So, I stood naked in front of SO, and asked her how I looked.

She said: "Well, you look good with your clothes on".   [Reality check-ugh]

So: Poll for the ladies: What percentage of us look better naked vs. dressed?

I think all clients look terrific both clothed and dressed.

Just kidding, though most of the ladies will tell you what you want to hear. :)

It's not the weight, dude.  It's the proportion.

There are ripped bodybuilders who weigh 220 lbs and men who weigh 150 lbs with small chest, weak arms, and a big gut, and of course the 220 lb bodybuilder will so much look better because they are more proportional.

As a standard rule, the size of your chest should be at least 10-12 inches more than your waist. So, if your waist is 32 inches, you'd look good if your chest (expanded) was 44 inches.  And you need to have at least a 26-28 inch thigh if this was your upper-body measurement. Again, this is base on a height of 5'10 - 6'0 ft.  Imagine a hulking man with big chest and arms and small thigh .. that looks ridiculous.

A study on what is 'beautiful' is base on symmetry and proportion. You don't have to look like a bodybuilder to achieve proportion.

... in the DARK!

Providers insist on keeping the lights on; but the effect can be simulated by them closing their eyes.

(*grin*)

Are you suggesting that I may put my hard spot into your cute butt?  Just checking.
