I'm not really one to say that these guys should have been outed, or be celibate for that matter.  
Not getting at least a little action does things to ya.

I don't mind that these priests where seeing male escorts in the slightest. Is it hypocritical? Perhaps, but it's not hurting anyone and given the fact that so many priests are fucking children instead of consenting adults, I actually feel bad for these priests that from everything I can see weren't hurting anyone.

 
It does go back to the point others have made, reveal your personal information at your own risk. You never know when someone is going to decide that it's okay to out you for "moral" or other reasons.
