......so I'm still a rookie. But after years of stripclubbing I am pretty adept at keeping my extracurricular hobbies on the down low.
I got busted because I forgot to tell a co-worker I was taking the day off. He call me house (looking for me) and my wife picked up the phone. I was hobbying in a 3 hour appointment on a Friday. The wife waited until a Sunday morning to ask me where I was, I broke out in a smile, she said "You are busted".
Another time a year later I went to work on Saturday to really hobby. She left a nasty voice message "I know you are fucking around". I came back home and she demanded I fuck her to prove I did not do anything. I got the nut in about 30 minutes lol.
It is always good to eat a nice steak before coming home after you hobby. That way if you have to fuck the wife it will be a lot easier.
If you are doing an overnight, spend an extra night in the hotel to recover before going home. Sometimes you need it, some of these babes will have you fuck them 3 - 4 times in the evening before going to bed at night, then a round at 3:00 am and another at 8:00 am.
I love the holidays, just say your are going shopping or to relatives house. Then you come back home and eat a 2nd dinner lol.
I have been able to be married without the hobby for 25 years, but it wasn't easy. Have been hobbing around for two months, but I'll come clean to my wife right after the holidays are over and life goes back to normal. Will be posting the outcome in the weeks to come.

I don't see it as being that big of a deal to hide that part of my existence. We both have day jobs. We have friends. We do stuff apart.
In most all respects, I believe it has had a positive impact on our relationship. I don't always have to play the role of the frustrated, under-sexed man in the relationship. And she doesn't have to feel all of the inadequacy of being the un-romantic prude. And it's because I get that aspect of my life taken care of, more less.
She gets to see me at my best. Without it, I would be a miserable fuck to be with, and I would likely be saddling her with regular guilt trips. I would be feeling all of this testosterone running through my system with no positive outlet for it. So I'd probably be at least a little bit sad and pathetic, looking for a way out of the relationship I'm sure.

They always suspect something but they do not know what it is. Now due to many news stories on the hobby, they include that as one of the suspicions. Actually, my belief is that the mere suspicion keeps the wife on her toes.
Though I do remember seeing someone for pay when I was in my early 20s (so 50 years ago) but my first TER review was a dozen years ago. My two marriages cover a total of 39 years. Hobbying always represented a small part of my extra curricular activity.
In thinking about this, if this is a sin, I am really doomed for eternity.
This is one time a failing memory is a good thing. But to hobby a long time, takes extreme patience, cautious planning, and pure luck. Over the years, even with cautious planning and patience, I almost got found out on three separate occasions. Yet, pure luck prevailed. With each near discovery I promised God that I would stop hobbying, and go back to church. Of course, being a hopeless sinner, I kept on hobbying, and skipped church. In fact, my best hobby day is Sunday. Would a 'TER is my new religion' joke go over well? Once again, I'm like Dr. Joe. For all this fucking around in life, I'm fucked for eternity. No worries though. The thoughts of what we did to each other in the shower will last forever.
But now we only hobby together. .....all i can say is good luck and make sure its worth it to you........its my biggest regret EVER and i wish i had never done it.
Hobbied pretty consistently the last 4 years of our marriage. Never a close call. Now that I'm divorced and she told me she checked out emotionally around 2008 (a form of cheating) I'm real tempted to tell her I fucked around the last few years. But I wont
but she had already been having affairs for 2 years, so I didn't give a flying fuck, and she knew it. She even tried to guilt-trip me by pointing out that affairs are not illegal, but renting hookers is. That made me care even less. Divorce is imminent, and I can't wait to be free!

For me , and possibly for you as well ,
1. Hate to beg for sex from my wife .
2. when I married my wife she was sexy thin and always willing to please, full of smiles and life.
Obviously , that was the past.
Anyway, Going back to your question ,
I think you can getaway with hobbying but be sure :
* always erase your websites you are visiting and History . ALWAYS !!! Forgetting is not an excuse !
* Buy yourself a go phone , hide it well every time and do not use your
regular phone to make dates . NEVER !!!!
* Good idea get your self a program for your computer that will enable any
one from installing a key logger or any tracking software on your computer.
* Get your self an app called spoof calling ( this app will enable you to make phone calls
from your cell phone and display a different phone number on the caller ID of your wife )
* STOP looking for dates at bars , it's too much liability And you can get nicer looking babes
for few $$ and guaranteed sex .
I'm sure there are other things you can do to fly under the radar.
And at the end , everyone's situation is different so you really have to find
your own way to be able to hobby around and not get caught .

It's not that your advice is so bad, it's just that it makes you sound awfully full of yourself after only a year of doing this. There are plenty of others here with twenty times the experience you have. You don't see them insisting their advice is a MUST READ, do you?
Exactly what I was thinking...1 year????? Damn dude, I've been doing this shit for 15+ years...13 of those I was married to a divorce attorneys para-legal...She taught me exactly what NOT to do..If I put an anti-keylogger on my computer guess whose radar is gonna be on high alert....

and I've never used a "go" phone. If one is careful, locks his phone immediately (1 minute non use) and doesn't keep a bunch of unnecessary phone numbers and contacts in it, I see more risk toting around another phone. Just the way I roll........................

Be a good idea . But for me , my wife knows I carry one phone for business
And one for personal , so it works for me .
Now , I never save any of my dates information on any of my phones ,
And I don't think I would ever recommend anyone doing that .
All texts I make from this phone I erase right away

The only times I ever get sloppy is when I get emotionally invested in a woman.

I've written this all before. The key for me has been to segment it away from my regular life. About 98% of my hobby experience has been while on the road for business, the majority was overseas, and this makes it much easier. A Trac fone is a must, another phone for overseas is needed, separate email accounts, NEVER using my regular or business or email addresses, and having a convenient way and reason to have a hobby sta$h available when necessary to avoid withdrawals from joint accounts. Also, if you book hotel rooms using hotel point programs, BE SURE to have them set-up with PO box or work address and NOT mailed to your home address!
