Pet names for men

I have a special client, and I want to start calling him something besides his first name.

I don't want to sound like a hillbilly diner waitress and call him Sugar or Hun, so what are some sexy pet names that guys like to be called?

Thank you for your ideas

asshole. Must have worked, because for 45 years I knew when she was talking to me.

Unless of course his first name is really John.

If that is the case, how about "Mickey" to go with your "Minnie?" Unless he is hung like a mouse, which in that case, I don't think I would go there.

Do any of these work for you?

actually, any term a lady comes up with is fine with me.  Hun, sexy, gorgeous - yeah, I'm a sucker for that kind of thing!  All part of the fun.

Studmuffin. That exchange from Top Gun:
"GOOSE ya big STUUUUD!  Take me to bed or loose me forever"
"Show me the way home. "

My favorite has always been "champ".

I thought people call their kid/son Champ.

Stud, though, very interesting.  I wouldn't think of that as a pet name but may try it and see if it sticks.

I like that.

"Hey Lover."  No.  That feels out of date, like 1970s hooker lingo.  And My Fling?  Not endearing enough.

Even if he is sexy, it just doesn't sound genuine.

or one based upon his attributes:

Blue-eyes (or brown, etc...), Stretch, Shorty (OK, maybe not), Knobby, etc..

Or one based upon a sport he loves:

QB, Puck, Eagle, Hoops, etc...

or that it resemble him or his character, be it by strength, beauty, kindness, whatever, then use the spanish, italian or french translation of that word, whichever sounds cooler. Guaranteed success

but "chancho" has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?

and actually "Chanchito" has kind of a double meaning, I kind of like that one. Maybe I've discovered a new name for myself when "down south" lol

That seems more personal to me. I get called hun and babe and baby a lot by providers, and even "love" by one, but it always seems insincere. You know they probably call everyone that. Maybe they can't remember my name, or are worried they are going to call me the wrong name, so they use the catchall nickname. I did have one favorite call me studmuffin. That was different at least. But she only used it in text and email correspondence. To my face she called me by name. I never complain, at whatever they call me but it does actually feel better to hear them use my name. An exception would be if the nickname/petname felt specific to me.

I once gave a favorite provider a nickname that really stuck, and she loved it. I used it as a greeting in a message once, "Hey yyy" (don't want to give out the real nickname). She said, "I love that. Don't ever stop calling me that! At the time I didn't know how sincere she was in that reply, but I kept using it. We were also friends and I knew her real name as well.  Rather than calling her by her provider name or real name, I used the nickname. She used it in signing off emails to me, etc. She placed a provider ad once that said, "hi I am 'xxx' but you can call me 'yyy.' It was a name that fit her well and was usable in provider life and "real life" without outing her. She since retired. We still communicate off and on, and I still call her by the nickname. She even uses it as her instagram handle. While I did put some thought into the name before calling her that for the first time, I never expected it to stick like that. :)

For N of 50, a young woman can always get away with calling him "Cap'n." Gets you out of the "Daddy" thing. Or "Sarge." Or just pull his TER handle.

Snuggy wuggy pookie poop. *rubs his head and pinches his cheek*

Maybe that's why i can't keep a man if I tried. I have a riot watching them kinda' shrink back and try not to say, "mom! you're embarrassing me!" It's so funny. I'm cracking up now just thinking about it. :D

(Obviously I hadn't done it on the job haha)

... for me, the only one that really feels sincere, in a fantasy sort of way, is sweetheart.  Simple, to the point, and she didn't take the easy way out and stop at sweetie :)
