I thought it was interesting that cab drivers get a discount at one location.

I guess that helps to steer business their way.

When I used to cruise the "Combat Zone" 20 years ago looking for streetwalkers I knew at least one girl who paid cab drivers off to take guys to her in call if they asked where they could find some action.
