ive often wondered things like the pic quality or maybe things more specific in the ad?
I don't think you can really tell from just an ad.
Getting busted would have to be worse case, but there are also many scams to part hobbiest from his cash donation.
The best defense is to invest in TER VIP & read the actual reviews. Multiple reviews. Reviewers with several reviews. This is commoonly known as a "well reviewed provider".
If you are new, first read the Newbie handbook at the top of Newbie board. Read back several pages on tha board & a few on the others. Learn about 2 call system, hobby phones, clearing tracks off computers.

However, the upside to getting arrested is think of all the free sex you'll get in the shower-room down at the county jail...

one hour: two donuts
Two hours: three donuts.
Overnight: A dozen donuts.
What the posters above have said humorously is simply this: there is no way to tell by looking at a single ad. Take Shudaknown's excellent advice: Invest in a VIP membership. Read the reviews. If you are in doubt, you are pretty safe with ladies who have had reviews from a few reviewers each of who has done at least a few reviews. I am pretty comfortable though with any reviews here that are not obviously BS. (Lady with one or two reviews of reviewers who have no other reviews and they are both 9-9 or 9-10.)

Hi,
I would think that If an ad contained a nude pic of the lady, that she would be legit!!!! Otherwise, it would fall under the category of entrapment!!!! I saw one of those ads the other day!!! One review, but a naked pic!!1 Hobby safe!!!
Agreed, Cops do not normally use nude or extremely lewd photos.
Prices are normally not advertised in order for you to get trapped into negotiating at scene.
Scene is always at a hotel and never a private residence.
I suspect LE is going to stick to free ad sites if they want to play that game.
Okay about the scam. Listen I see a very good provider and she will help you in any way. I travel alot and I call her or email her about a providers and she gives alot of resources. You need to do your homework and it is true this is a tight community and no matter what happens go with your judgement. On the site people do talk and the words do get out. Being scammed you need to learn the ropes and things will fall into place. This provider will help she has clients call her all the time and ask about some of the lady's and if she dont know the answer she will found out for you. You need to understand that there are good providers and scammers. See I met this young lady from someone. See getting to know the sites everyone helps and that what really nice about the sites. Good Luck
Not true. They used Eros in Chicago a few years back and the word was they nailed 50 guys.
There are no entrapment laws now to my knowledge. Please correct me if I'm in error.
Do your homework it the best advice.
Be careful out there.

Hi Anneke,
... post pics of nude ladies to entice prospective clients!!!!Hmmm, this Is a bummer!!!! :o(
Is it illegal to post a nude pic?
If so, then the coppers cannot post a nude pic.
If it is legal to do so? Than the coppers CAN post a nude pic.
LE has the same freedoms and restrictions that anyone else does, since they are citizens of their respective countries.
"Sting" operations are the only different vehicle LE has where it "appears" like they are breaking the law.
However with budgets being cut back, I'd think it would be a lot easier for LE to post ads on a free directory than get approval to spend taxpayer $ on CV, Eros or the like.
A google search for "free escort directory" turns up 769,000 hits.
Nothing is ever 100% (well maybe death & taxes), we're just trying to stack the odds in our favor, eh?
Entrapment basically amounts to LE breaking a law to enforce the same law. Example: A state trooper cruising down the freeway. He has no emergency equipment (red lights/sirens)activated.
The speed limit is 70 mph, he is doing 80. You follow him at 80 mph. His buddy in another cruiser comes in behind you, clocks you, stops you and writes you a citation This is entrapment.
To apply it to the hobby. Prostitution laws will vary by state so, don't take what is said here to apply to you. Research your own states laws. In my state MN., prostitution is sex for compensation or even the agreement between two people for the same. There are other considerations, look them up, be familiar with them.
Example: you go to a provider who, unknown to you, is a female vice cop. No mention of sex for money has ever been made. She gets you in the room, unzips you, takes yur cock out and starts stroking you. She has now commited a sexual act. Now if they arrest you I belive you could claim entrapment.
Any lawyers out there who agree or disagree let's hear from you.
on the Legal Corner Board. Do a search for those posts and you will find a wealth of information.
The assertion that "entrapment basically amounts to LE breaking a law to enforce the same law," however, is not accurate as these posts will quickly show.

I love seeing new faces drop by and post..Your always welcome to do so and please forgive the boys who are joking with you..
Going to jail is no joking matter for any of us
Start by going to the NewbieBoard the friendliest board on TER where everbody goes to ask questions or give advice and no question is too silly.. Do a search on Key words for the last 90 days..put in sting, LE and you should get plenty of info to help keep you safe.
VIP will help assure a safe move from novice to experienced with little or no bad experiences..Learn to use the TER data system to keep you safe and get the most bang for your buck.
So i'm off to the newbie board and hope i'll see you there..Go ahead and post your question as we all need a little refresher once in a while

As previously noted the best way to avoid LE is via TER. Spend time reading reviews , understanding the site, & by all means invest in a VIP membership. Reviews by individuals with no previous review history is definitley a danger for a new person trying to find his/her way in this endeavor.
WRT LE entrapment somone mentioned to me that LE can actually meet with you, disrobe completly, and then spring the cuffs when the actvity gets started..Was quite suprised to hear they can do that.
for us ladies...yes LE can take their clothes of and do whatever it takes to bust you...
Their are honest LE who take great pride in what they do..but for those few that don't they can even have sex with you..In any case it's up to the provider to prove she is innocent not the other way around.
Thats why we providers ask so many personal questions...

When the cuffs are not attached to the bed frame but behind your back...and she is no longer smiling...
