I am a decent looking man that is in good physical shape and not old. Therefore, I don't want to pay much more than $160 a session since I look good physically and don't present too many challenges to the provider.  

On the other hand, I feel that old hobbyists, grossly overweight guys, mentally challenged and guys with physical disabilities should have to pay more money to hobby. It would be similar to the way life insurance rates are setup in this country.

I think that a provider really earns her "Jimmy Cho shoe money" or "Exotic vacation abroad money" when having to service a hobbyist that has the "Perfecta" of old age and physical disability such as missing limbs or being in a wheelchair. Providers are not your family and not your wives so this probably grosses the women out to service these men that should give up the hobby. You grossly overweight slobs are not at all attractive to women either.  

My tiered system:

Pay more for old age (sagging skin, gray haired balls, wrinkles, old man smell and ugly age spots)
Pay more for being overweight (fat pockets, double chin, excessive sweating and body odor)
Pay more for physical disability (missing limbs and wheelchairs are not sexy!)
Pay more for mental disability (it is pretty wide)

This is how life insurance rates are based and maybe so the rates the providers should charge for services.

So you want to have to pay eight time her normal rate for that mental disability of yours as it is clearly pretty bad. Hell you lack the decency and respect to keep yourself and your date safe by wearing a rubber during FS. You clearly have a major mental disability. Some providers explicitly state they will accommodate disabilities and other such deviations from the ideal. Others (the young and less clueful ones?) who are looking for clients as desirable as obtainable, and might see your point. What's fair is for her to charge for whatever extra time it takes to service a special-needs client. 'Ick-factor' surcharges may be a YMMV -- can a man always predict what will gross out a woman?

Don't providers usually remind their prospects to clean up and clean out thoroughly, even to the point of helping in the process?

How will your advice help the businesswomen here
