I used to work for a man who would snap if you wished him "good morning".   I would just say "morning" to him after that.

ummmmmmm.... or oreo - with extra cream filling....    yummie.  or perhaps the good ole standard... sugar cookies made with lots of vanilla in the batter....  yum....


but there is that challange of getting the oven just right... to hot and well you get hard cookies... too cool or drafty and well, they just never seem "cooked" only mushy... but just right... and they are kinda chewy with a moistness that just can't be beat....  And we wash those cookies down with some nice fresh milk...  and that is just the best part... anyone got milk.... how about some nice milk containers... you know Jugs!  Bwahahahaha!

Reminds me of a story I heard about a person's grandparents being so poor that the grandmother used vanilla oil as perfume, and how the grandfather strangely became quite amorous when grandma started baking sugar cookies.

..So no happiness for me.   I am at work, and have no time to see any beautiful women throughout the long weekend.

So what is good about it....  

I hope things turn around for you soon, and some unexpected pleasure sneaks up and bites you on the a**.

top of the day from Phila pa. cold & wet

I went to the beach, spent most of the day laying in the warm Gulf water soaking up the sun.

Not a cloud in the sky, the fish were jumping, the water was 85 degrees and I got a great sunburn.
The troubles and triulations of life just floated away for a day.

It was a GREAT day.

Now back to reality.......

I lost my high-profile job, and any aspirations toward higher office are crushed.
My wife has my nuts in a jar - no more late nights with the fellas and I have to check in with her every time I go out the door.
My teenage daughters now know that I was out whoring around - imagine how things are for them at school ("Well, at least my dad isn't out fucking whores!")
I am now the laughing stock of an entire country.
