Something along the lines of facebook's "I like this" for posts. This would have "like" and "don't like". So many "don't like" votes (or percentage of posts) in a week and you lose your posting privileges for the week.

Twice, lose a week of reading posts and three times you lose a week of VIP access. This includes alias posts.

Total negative reinforcement!

Yes, I can be moderated(again), but I'm still not breaking any rules.

I doubt TER admin would go to the trouble of rewriting their rules and regs because I suggested something thru a post which is practiced here in the firstplace.

I might be stupid, but I'm not dumb. ;)

Especially since one's membership teeters(sp?) from time to time, having a choice could prove to be beneficial as well as enticing.
