Good evening Gents. Just wanted to address what I've been been reading as well as things Iv'e noticed, while out hobbying. I realize the economy is still a strain for most, however I do have an issue with providers still charging premium rates while limiting their services. To some, even more soon after they arrive to the incall. Your Thoughts ?
there are any services listed on their TER profile that are no longer available? This is what I've been doing and I haven't had any problems during Covid. Over the past year I have not had any unpleasant surprises about menu limitations when I got to the incall. Some have a temp check and hand sanitizer requirement, but that takes two minutes. Some did reduce their menu, but I flushed that out before I went. If the menu is less, then the rate must be negotiable or I move to the next name on my list, so it gives you options. If you're STILL having this problem, maybe you're being a little too timid in your approach? Just my take.
A lady can choose to offer or decline any services she sees fit at any time, but a client should have some reasonable expectations of certain things that may occur during the date. My suggestion is to contact the lady in question from a proton email addy (especially if she has same) and ask permission if you can ask speak freely about any restrictions she may place on the date specifically due to Covid. That gives her the option of whether you can speak candidly or not, but she may very well want you to be verified first so I would advise you lead with that info so a certain level of trust can be sought. Delicate situation to be sure so be careful and be understanding from her POV. It would be great if some ladies chimed in here and offered their thoughts on this. I hope I am giving good advice here.
her decisions are for cause, and not arbitrary. If she suspects an STD, she may limit or exclude certain kinds of contact, or postpone the session while you get treated. If a guy has dirty or unkempt fingernails, then she can limit digital play, if there's a cold sore on your lip, no DFK or DATY, and so on. if she can't give a factual reason for denying services that are on her TER profile, then you are justified in walking out, IMO.
Doesn’t mean any lady need to adjust her rates to accommodate gents. Yes, the economy may have reduced business volumes, it has also reduced provider availability. Pre-pandemic, it felt like there was a glut of providers that began with the 2008 recession.
As for services, if you are showing up, THEN finding out some menu items are not offered, it might not be due to COVID. Ladies never have to provide any specific service and often won’t if they are not comfortable doing so with the gent in question. Hygiene? Attitude? Your approach when asking? It all makes a huge difference. Personally, I have not experienced a lady suddenly declining to offer her full menu.
Providers ALWAYS retain the right to say no. They are not automatons. They are human beings.

No, the donation is exchanged up front so that anything that may happen afterwards can’t be tied to the money.

BTW paying AFTER the session would most definitely prove that at least the woman was not a cop. There have been some rare cases where cops have actually arrested a hooker AFTER fucking her, but I have NEVER heard of a female cop going through with a session and then arresting the John. I guess it would ease the sting of getting arrested if you got arrested after busting a nut. lol

State upfront in the general details that " her services were less than her TER profile" suggested, or something to that effect. This gives every TER reader a clear YMMV signal. Save the details for the Juicy details section.
A provider has every right to have a YMMV policy, but a deliberate bait and switch is unacceptable behavior.
There is good reason I repeat with my favorites. They provide the service I want!

Yes, I have one provider I liked to visit pre-pandemic, sweet asian lady I adored, but she backed off on the kissing department a lot. Of course, you can't blame her, but the session is missing something I liked, and I am down from once a month, to once every three months at best.
At this point, most providers and mongers seem to be returning to pre-Covid habits.
But agree with the posts above that those who have changed their services due to Covid should put that info upfront.
I'm sure there is a segment of providers that will milk this excuse for giving a half-assed effort for as long as they can.
