Is this something that some providers would be open to, or is this a big "no-no"?

Maybe as long as there were no face shots?

I just want a snapshot for my wallet.  Something to show my Mom so I can tell her I'm dating someone.

...as I thought a pre-festivities shot of the two (or three) of us would be a nice memento.

It all depends fellas, I got very lucky with an ATF of mine and she let me take pictures and when I went to Miami to see her she even picked me up from airport and showed me around town.  I miss her, that's a once in a lifetime thing I guess!  She went above and beyond GFE.

...I have heard too many horror stories about providers that have found personal pictures of thiers or ones that they let clients or boyfriends take, on the free porn sites-- and that to me is one of the biggest slaps in the face concearning this business, especially for those who are here soley for money. Its one of my biggest fears, people misusing my photos, or presenting them as someone else.

The one time I let someone take some of me (and him unfortunately), was when I went to Bermuda with a client. He took a few of me in private, and had a few people take some of us, like in resturants and on the beach; I think he was telling people I was his girlfriend-- which I found a little flattering,a little funny, but still upsetting... plus his marrige became mysteriously more rocky afterward, and I have a strange feeling he left the pictures out on purpose to upset his wife (whom he despised). It was my fault for letting him do so though, "my bad"....

I am known to take some personalized pictures on my own, like say if a guy wanted to see me in something particular or in a contorted position, but only for my well established customers though. The ones I am pretty sure it would only be for personal use...

And I HATE video requests. Im not sure why, no clue, dont know why-- but I loathe the idea. For some reason video is a hundred times worse in my mind. Even though I have done porn before-- thats why I stopped... I guess I get the feeling that guys are more inclined to show video to a bunch of people than pictures-- where the logic lies in that? Once again-- no clue. But its something that makes some strange sense to me in my mind and I always keep with it...

So the short answer-- no videos or pics for me thanks....

I asked a local provider if she would allow a video of our session and she had no problem with it.  There were some issues in play however...

It was not our first appointment together, she was an exhibitionist, and she trusted I would not show it to anyone because she knows how paranoid I am about others knowing I participate in the hobby.

I've made the request of other providers with mixed results.  The bottom line is usually that you have to be a regular client and they trust you.

I've stashed away a little library of memorable acts.  A few providers will do this, for an extra fee of course --- and especially those with a porn industry background.

For the pornstars, you could have a nice little collection if you buy their porn videos and make some of your own.

I usually bring a Polaroid camera and leave it out for either of us to take pictures of each other.  The snapshots are left on a table so that they can be reviewed afterwards, and, if appropriate, destroyed (this has never happened).  The provider and I have an understanding that the pictures are only for my private use and would not be posted on the net, etc.  This has worked out just fine!

Yes. One in particular is Erin O'Bryn of Hawaii who travels. (See her reviews and site) She is one of a kind. She will not onnly allow pics, she will out them on a cd for you after the session.
She is an ATF of mine. I have 2 cds of my own. Cant wait for #3

...with a picture you can always he took it and I wasnt aware-- but with a video if you are looking at the camera and playing along you cant deny it!
