The best way is to ask the guys with the turbans and long gray beards surrounded by a bunch of gun toting crazy eyed virgin seekers.  Life's not worth living if it's not exciting.

Australia (Sydney only) -
There are legal brothels and what they call "Rub and Tugs". Never tired either. Plenty of Asian Agencies. I only used independent providers, which ironically are not legal but fairly decriminalized. Higher priced than U.S., but similar quality.  GFE certainly available. Laws vary by State. I can make some recomedations here.

Netherlands –
Been many years. Priced cheap in "Red Light District", but quality was low. Very mechanical. I’m sure you could find higher quality at higher price.

Finland –
Not legal but very decriminalized. Custom is to visit certain bars (run by organized crime). There you can meet and drink with dozens of women. Almost all are Russian, Estonian or Latvian women. If you make ey contact for more than 50 milliseconds she will approach you. Make your selection and then head back to your hotel. Don’t expect anything in the way of a GFE. More like a Nevada brothel in three Acts.

Estonia –
Made day trips and overnights from Finland. Very inexpensive, but that is changing. Complete overnight companions available for just a few hundred. I suggest not traveling alone.

My experience:

Sydney Australia - legal, lots of attractive independents with very descriptive websites. Prices comparable to US. Legality varies by state; legal in NSW but regulated by Local Councils (local gov't in Oz)

China - Probably not legal, but you'd be hard pressed to tell. Very open in the bars even at some of the 4 and 5 star hotels. Not expensive

Bangkok, Thailand - theoretically not legal, but very open, and the red light districts are patrolled by police to protect the tourists. Need to be careful where you go and avoid the "beer bars" - pretty low class and some of them are real rip-offs. Better quality and safer at the bars they call the "go-go" bars. Not expensive, even after you pay the "bar fine" for taking a girl out of the bar.

Moscow - Doubt if it's legal but LE doesn't seem to be interested. Comparable to NYC.

Recent "Wired for Sex" program cited Prague as the Amsterdam replacement as A. is trying to "clean up" its image.

Lots of beautiful women,legal, GFE....the only thing not to like is the price, since the GBP is killing the USD!
