I usually try to veer away from posting and twitter, and am also careful in emails. It really helps during those couple of days. Keeps the edge off.

Finally able to reply to some of the PMs I've received today.
But not by replying to the PM they sent. That does not seem to be working. Need to find a post and use the magic gold envelope .
