Nish1998, as far back as the 1970's, there were even specialty magazines and specialty peep show films featuring nothing but pregnant women either in the nude or having full-on sex.  While it's not everyone's attraction, there are certainly a whole lot of people who are absolutely turned on by pregnancy.  Some pregnant women even get propositioned by men on the street who are fascinated about it. In the 80's explosion of X-Rated VHS tapes, then on the internet in the 90's, it could be found left and right.
I don't see anything wrong with a pregant woman escorting, nor with clients looking for and booking with them. There are some women who have heightened libidos while pregnant, or at certain times throughout their pregnancies. If both parties consent,  I say go for it.
I'm not into it myself, there are a lot of things I like that others don't like. I don't down others for being into something that I'm not into.  Heck, bring back the full natural bushes of the 1960's and 1970's and I'll be a happy camper. Now THAT'S what has been stigmatized!

Personally when I see a woman selling sex when obviously VERY pregnant, my thought process is the same as yours and I don't find it "hot" at all. Actually I find it a bit sad, but no one has ever accused me of being Captain Save a Ho.

I assume just about everyone selling anything is doing it for the money.

MyaMichelle, are those the ONLY possibilities that exist when a provider accepts clients while she is pregnant?
Couldn't it be that she's in a committed relationship with someone and the two of them decide to have a baby AND she decides to keeping working?
Or that she does know who the father is and she's making the money for her own pocket, not for someone else?
Or that she makes decisions based on her own opinion that doesn't have to align with the opinions of other people?
Or that she's low-volume and providing while pregnant could be a one-time event for her?
Or that she has a favorite/preferred client and wants to do it?
Or that she understands it's a turn-on for some clients and she wants to do it?
Or that it's her specialty service that she offers for an upgraded price?
Or any other numerous and varied reasons that could apply?

As human beings, we do not always know why others do the things they do. An open mind allows for dynamics that we may not have thought of beyond our initial perceptions.

In my more cynical moments, people want children not for themselves, but as pets, playmate and hostages.

My fairly low volume provider wife kept on doing business while pregnant  with both of our sons.  In fact boosted her rates a bit. She said that many of her regulars seem to love that she was pregnant and some made a point of tipping extra "for the kid".    lol, go figure...
