If you do NOT you will THEN be in trouble. By NOT calling for help will put you into more trouble then if you do. And when asked you can always saw we met on the internet and got together. They will not go after you UNLESS you delay or lie about the situation.
Simply, be a human being and call 911. You will not be in trouble unless you lie or try to do any type of cover up.
call 911 instantly. Otherwise, nothing like a little manslaughter charge or worse to leaven up your week.
One really terrible situation would be if you were doing a bondage session, had a client well restrained, and he died of natural causes on you...tied up and perhaps having been spanked. I have a number of female friends --now long out of the business-- who were professional and very severe dommes. I took care of them medically and gave them advice. The most important thing I urged them to do was to get a signed consent with specifics before starting a "session." Otherwise it could be construed as assault and the death could have been considered criminal. Better to lose a frew clients than risk that.
Recognized the symptoms, pulled over and called 911. Then I did a hard reset on my smartphone to erase everything in case I didn't make it.
I wondered at the time what would have happened if I had booked a longer session that day - how she would have reacted. When I posted about it on the Boston Board, there were a lot of great responses regarding that very issue.
about a year ago a regular client of mind was visiting. well we had just finished a wild, passionate marathon when his chest started hurting. I was so scared but i dialed 911. i had enough time to get dressed, but he was only in his boxers. lol help got there in minutes and took care of him. he later called me and told me he had a heart attack!!! and he thanked me for calling for help.
he was in the hospital about a week and sure enough when he got home and asked if he could pay me a visit! i was shocked and told him i thought it was best for him to take a break. lol
i would have felt horrible if anything bad would have happened, especially if i didnt call 911. it is thr RIGHT thing to do! I got some funny looks but it was worth his life.
You have a dead body on your hands and you have to ask what you should do? Outside of calling 911 (or hotel security if appropriate) what do you think your other options are? Walk away? Stuff it under the bed and hope it floats away? What if the person isn't really dead but as you sit back and pontificate about your myriad of options, the person then dies.
I doubt its been a topic of discussion before because it's such a no brainer of a question / answer.
Don't mean to sound harsh but seriously, you can't be that naive.
...and I sent him to the hospital. I didn't have to out myself and no one was investigating me as he was still alive. But hiding the fact I'm a provider is not worth risking someone's life. I would do whatever I could and whatever it took.
she has my obituary all ready to put into the newspaper. It reads something like this....
Recently ChannelGuy and I had a marathon romp in the sack. His massive member and unbelievable love making skills sapped all the life force from his body. Never have I experienced such a lover and he will be forever missed by me.....blah blah blah.
and contrary to our agreement, he kept alot of records, which his estranged wife found.
Thus, the reason I'm still UnderTheRadon
I did the right thing. Called 911 and performed CPR til the ambulance got there. Having the Sheriffs officers watching me nude giving CPR was no treat.
Then questioned by the coroner and subsequently the constant calls from his estranged wife after.
Keep your ducks in a row is the moral of this story. You never know when you're going to leave a legacy.
