CBJ just doesn't cut it. I would never force a provider to participate in any activity that she doesn't deem safe. That being said, I LOVE a good BBBJ and will only see providers that provide that service. I have asked this question of some of the providers I've been with, all of whm did BBBJ.  Almost all preferred BBBJ, but would do CBJ on request by client.  I guess it does vary provider to provider.  I sometimes read reviews that say things like "...her CBJ was better than most girl's BBBJ..." and find statements like that, for me, hard to believe.

Well can you tell me what the risk is on a BBBJ versus a DATY ?

There exists a product called a dental dam.  It's a flat piece of latex that externally covers female genitalia.  You simply DATY with that between your tongue and the good stuff.  If you ever try it, you'll probably get some understanding of what CBJ is.  I personally would not DATY if a DD was required, and that provider would be removed from my list of prospects, as I would also remove CBJ-only providers.  My understanding is that risks are minimal, but enjoyment is much higher.

I myself have on occasions BBBJ'ed,  but if I have suspicions, especially with newer guys I meet, I would rather be on the cautious side.  
I guess this would also be a good time to remind everyone to get regular check ups for STD's and to come clean and fresh and smelling nice cause if you have a funky smell down there, more than likely I will not even CBJ and if I do, it will definately be the spearmint flavored~

EGADS!  When I read my message after modifying it, it deleted my answer.  I was saying, no doubt about it, BBBJ is much better than CBJ

I go for the lady first and the BBBJ second. Having met these gals before the BBBJ providers, I still adore them and they cater to whims I crave.

A BBBJ is my first choice. I have found that many providers will give a CBJ the first time seeing a gentlemen but it will be BBBJ on the return visit. I hove found this to be true espically with the Asian providers.

CBJ and BBBJ and I have not found covered or uncovered to be the most important factor in terms of physical enjoyment.

I preferred CBJ for health reasons.  Even if there is no statistical evidence to back up the use of condoms for BJ's, I prefer the use of condoms as it helps me "sleep at night".
