I had a milestone birthday in 2015. My wife set it up at Desire in Mexico. Good fun but I don't multi-task very well. In this case it was two ladies, my wife was one, straddling my face so I could lick both while another blew and than rode me. At some point two other ladies took my hands and put them between their legs.

Sensory overload hit at some point. Good fun, glad to have experienced it.

Funny, the women were not all bi, one was lesbian, one was bi curious (my gf at the time) and the other was straight. The lesbian (good friend of mine who had always had the hots for my gf) only interacted with my GF, the straight girl only interacted with me, and of course my GF and I interacted with each other and our respective lady of choice. A fun time was had by all.

than mff.  i did a three way and it was one of the more disappointing nights of my life, for a myriad of various reasons.

but it would seem to me that 4 people would just naturally work better.  2 pairs, trading off at intervals.
