(No, not talking here about paying in advance for future dates—that’s nice, but still nicer is an outright gift.) Also there’s funds set up to help sex workers in general.
Or how about your local food shelf? Or donate to any of the funds set up to get PPE and other gear for healthcare workers, public safety workers, retail workers, and others risking their lives every day so we can be healthy and safe and supplied? Or when your get take-out, leave really big tips? Or donate to one or more of the Go Fund Me sites for coronavirus victims?
The possibilities are endless... unfortunately.
To date I’ve donated my “play money” to a provider with two kids, to my local food shelf, to an organization that feeds kids all over the USA and the rest of the world, and to a local agency that is helping lots of people get through this crisis. And I give big tips on take-outs. It was all fun and easy to do.

I have not idea where you number came from but lets take it as correct. Why we "live in such a country" is because a lot of police departments and local politicians are more than happy directing their efforts at the consensual events and then calling that a big bust related to human trafficking (and the months later quietly settle everything as plain old prostitution) because that is less work for the same funding and press.
It was the same reason the TN police departments were always stopping the trucks and cars heading west, not east. They could take the money (and it didn't even need to be actually from an drug sales or other illegal activities) but got nothing in terms of spendable money if the stopped the east bound traffic and stopped the drugs.
Some jaded people might even look at such situations and start thinking there is some type of tacit collusion occurring.
In other words, our legal system tends to incentivize behaviors for getting the easy target, and often one that is not even legitimately the real one, while leaving the actual criminals free to keep doing what they do.
