and now i'm ready for some coffee table books..Thanks so much for introducing me to this type of art. I hope more post their favorite links so I can save them.

I did notice at the book store many tatoo artist magazines use these poses. If your interested check them out..This is the modern day version. Get a cup of coffee and sit and enjoy for free. Just watch what your imagination does to you in
public.

A discussion below brought to mind Pin-up art and how, although not overtly explicit, hey convey beauty, sensuality, and playful sexuality. Another made a comment about how, from a marketing stand-point, poses like these, when found on a lady's site, are a real treat. In that vein, here are a couple that stand out for me.

A Google search will bring up many pin-up artists and pictures. Why not share some of what you like.

The one below is my all-time favorite. The way the lower back is drawn, and just the right amount of sheerness to the material, capture hidden beauty realy well.

is greate from a playful perspective.

One of my favorite sites........I absolutly love the look of these women. A wonderful bygone era that's for sure.

That drawing makes me think of the book A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole.  Ha, ha, back to the subject of this thread.

I was very lucky to have a numbered "Betty Page" and she even signed it. Sorry, but I suck at links. Hugs,Devin
